Urinary problems include difficulty urinating, urinary retention, dripping urine, constriction of the urethra, and a tumor in the bladder. Bladder stones, prostate enlargement, etc. are the main problems. Complaints such as nausea, restlessness, shortness of breath, panic, etc. are often seen due to urinary retention. Urinary incontinence increases the risk of serious urinary tract diseases.

Urinary incontinence is also often caused by cystitis, bladder stones, bladder tumors, and high acidity in the urine. In addition to this, excessive exercise, excessive consumption of alcohol, horse riding, indigestion, etc. also contaminate the urethra and cause constriction in the urethra. So sometimes the faults increase the pressure on the bladder, so that there is difficulty at the time of urination. In the language of Ayurveda, this disease is called 'Moogkruchch'. Similarly, when urine does not come out of the bladder, i.e., urinary retention or stagnation, it is called a disease called 'urinary incontinence' in Ayurvedic terminology. People with urinary incontinence are more likely to get the disease.

In addition, the hair naturally turns white as we age. Similarly, in old age, prostate enlargement is more common in men. The reason is considered to be hormonal imbalance in modern science. Urinary incontinence is more common in this disease. The patient has to get up to urinate 5 to 6 times in the disease and despite urging for urination, he does not urinate often. Or drips, and the testicles also appear to be enlarged in shape.

Urinary tract problems can lead to many serious conditions. Today I suggest some household and ayurvedic remedies for urinary problems. Sometimes these therapies are common but if taken care of there are miraculous results. One to two experiments can be done simultaneously.

When the patient has a urinary tract problem and urination has stopped, give half a pound of bitch grass to whey. This experiment releases the patient's blocked urine or gives the grass syrup to the patient by making the following. Extract the juice of this grass and add 8 to 10 grams of hybrid and some cardamom in it so that the syrup will be ready. Do not heat this syrup. This syrup lasts a long time. Does not spoil.

- 2 to 3 grams of pravalpisti with the same amount of cardamom in hot milk is taken to release urine.

- When the urine is very stagnant, apply the juice of a plant called 'swallow' on the gums, it also removes the urine.

- Rubbing the root of Indravarna in water and drinking it also relieves diarrhea and urination.

- Boiling cow dung powder in milk and making it into pudding and drinking it with powdered sugar, all the problems of urinary tract are relieved and urine is released.

- Take half a pound of cassava leaf and banana peel powder and steep it in 100 grams of water. Soaking this powder at night, straining the mash in the morning and drinking this water, the closed urine is released quickly.

- If there is inflammation in the urine, make five tolas of salted vegetable juice and drink it. So that the inflammation in the urinary tract stops immediately.

- Urinary incontinence is often due to constriction of the urethra. At such times, by mixing five tolas of banana seedlings (banana water) and five tolas of boiled ghee, the stopped urine is immediately released and in this way the drunk ghee is also released and excreted through urine. It also opens the urinary tract.

Often the urine drips. So even with the common remedies shown below when urinating, there is a lot of benefit in this complaint which makes you restless. In which drinking 4-5 tolas of red pumpkin juice morning and evening stops dripping urine.

- Drinking ginger juice in a gravel hybrid can also get rid of the problem of dripping urine.

- In Ayurvedic herbs, Gokshur, Shilajit, Purnanava, Harimulakvath, Bhoyaringani, Triphala, Amla etc. give good results in urinary diseases. If these herbs are used as per the advice of experts, the expected results can be obtained from Ayurveda without any doubt.
