Ginger boosts digestion, keeps the heart healthy


Ginger is the name given to the cough or so on. Dried ginger is called ginger. Ginger juice is spicy. In virtue it is short (digestible) and greasy. It is hot in nature and turns into sweet juice after digestion. It increases digestion, is good for the heart. It is a remedy for increased cough and vomiting. It is antiseptic and has digestive properties. Its regular intake does not cause flatulence. People with bilious nature should use it carefully.

Ginger can be used as a guide

1. Ginger can be soaked in warm water and applied to headaches, toothaches or other ailments.

. Ginger powder should be taken with ghee every morning to remove impurities.

. The use of ginger with jaggery is beneficial in warts.

. Decoction of ginger increases appetite. Cough, cold and flatulence are eliminated.

. The use of ginger with chasa is beneficial in diarrhea and duodenum.

. If the stool is very constricted, eat equal parts of jaggery and ginger.

. Drink a decoction of ginger and ginger in rheumatism.

. Add ginger, castor root powder, asafoetida and saffron and drink water for flatulence.

. In gout, use ginger powder every night

10. In case of abdominal pain, take small ladu of ginger, sesame and jaggery with milk.
