Formed with a wonderful blend of culture, modernity and natural beauty, Canada ranks among the top destinations in the country. The attraction of the scenic spots here compels travelers from all over the world to come running. Canada is a peaceful nation, bringing together many cultures. Canada is the second largest country in the world after Russia in terms of size and scenic spots. People from all over the world flock to Canada to see its lush green grasslands, snow-capped mountains, and pristine lakes.

Columbia Icefield is home to a number of glaciers in the Rockies Mountains of North America, known as the Canadian Rockies. From the outside, the Athabasca Glacier in this region, where nothing but white snow can be seen, looks as normal from the outside as other glaciers. But beneath the white and gray icy rocks of this glacier, nature has created such a wonderful cave that it feels as if you have left the earth and entered another magical world as soon as you set foot in it. The Athabasca Glacier is the most prevalent glacier in North America due to its relatively easy access.

It is a bit difficult to find Athabasca cave in the icy rock fair but once you see the mouth of the cave and enter the cave, you feel as if you have set foot in a unique creation. The iceberg is formed by giant glaciers under water flowing from a glacier. Molten water is expected to come out of the cracks in the glacier which has created the cave. This flow of water creates a chasm-like cavity inside the glacier. The constant melting and freezing of the water around and inside the cavity gives the appearance of a thermocol design on the roof and walls of the cave. The roof and walls of this cave, like an ice palace in a fairy tale, are formed by four layers of ice freezing on top of each other.

Another reason for the influx of people towards the Athabask Ice Cave is the privilege of seeing the natural lighting in the sky from the mouth of the cave on a winter's night. Nature creates a variety of colors on the earth Sometimes in the sky also creates a variety of colors known as Northern Lights. Electro-charged particles from the sun enter the earth's atmosphere and produce colorful light. This wonder is found near the North Pole and the South Pole. This polar light is mostly green and pink but sometimes red, yellow, brown and purple. The variety of colors is also innovative. Sometimes the colors are seen fluttering in the sky like a curtain fluttering in the air. So sometimes a scene of clouds of different colors arises. Then sometimes the illuminated rays of different colors appear on the earth from the abyss. Standing at the mouth of the cave and capturing pictures and videos with natural lighting in the background is the main attraction of the pilgrims.

There are about two million glaciers on Earth that contain huge amounts of potable water in the form of ice. It usually happens that glaciers melt a little in summer and expand back again in winter. But glaciers are melting due to rising global temperatures, but their rate of return in winter is declining. The special reason why crowds flock to see Canada's glaciers is that this rare sight created by nature will no longer exist for many years to come. Rising global temperatures and so-called global warming are causing changes in the world's environment, including the icy regions near the North Pole, and Canada's glaciers are no exception. The Athabasca Glacier shrinks by 12 feet a year. In the last century, this glacier has lost half the amount of water that is in the form of ice.
