Swara Bhaskar Mumbai introduced me

- 'My life and the world changed a lot. Worship was necessary to make all this meaningful and special. I did not have a well-organized worship in my house. '

Wherever there is a heart, there is a home and actress Swara Bhaskar gave her heart a place in a dream home in 2012. Of course, it took him several years to make his dream a reality. After living in an apartment for three years, the actress decided to repair it and give it a new look. He planned a lot for this. After much deliberation for the design and after two lockdowns, she has finally moved to her 'newly built old house'.

Talking about all the processes in this regard, Swara Bhaskar says, "I decided to renovate my house in 2013 and started all the processes in February. Made the necessary changes and created a whole new layout. Now the house has become new, but still the old and familiar aroma comes from it. So this is my 'new old house'. But doesn't it take a long time to return home after a period of two years? - In response to such a question, Swara agreed and said that it has proved useful to wait. He said, ‘A lot of time went by due to the new design and layout and I was also busy shooting.

I was also delayed because there was a gap of six months due to the lockdown last year and then another lockdown from March this year. Due to this work got stuck but at the same time I also went to New Delhi to live in my hometown. Not only that, I controlled my whimsy, but I made all the choices. Everything from door knockers to bathroom fittings is my choice and now the house looks just like the one I visualized. '

Swara Bhaskar performed a seven-hour long puja to enter his 'new old house'. He said, 'A lot has changed in my life and in the world. Worship was necessary to make all this meaningful and special. I did not have a well-organized worship in my house. '

I remember when I was a child we used to change houses frequently as my father was in the Indian Navy and my mother used to perform formal worship before entering the house. I would also do some common rituals for this.

Swara Bhaskar hails from New Delhi and has lived in Mumbai for more than a decade. 'Mumbai has given me my identity. And I can't even think of working elsewhere. It is true that Delhi is like my home, that feeling lasts forever. Because my parents live there. Now I think my roots are in Mumbai too, 'said Swara.
