Shri Ganesha Nama: Shuklapakshni Chaturthi of Bhadarva month means Ganapati Choth which we know as Ganesh Chaturthi. From this Chaturthi to ten-eleven days i.e. Anand Chaudash, we are specially saluting Shri Ganeshji.

The incarnation stories of Ganesha and his Shaktipeeth are indeed very ancient, it is said that all the idols of Ashta Vinayak have been obtained spontaneously. It is installed in the temple in the same condition in which it was found.
