Sangeeta Joshi: There are different shades in the role of Indulata.

Sangeeta Joshi has come a long way as an actress. He has created a large fan base with his performances in theater, TV, film shows and Hindi-Gujarati films. He gained immense popularity by playing the title role in the Gujarati serial 'Preet Piyu and Pannabahen'. He has also done many other serials and shows. He also enjoys wildlife photography. For this, he has traveled a lot in the country and abroad and has taken pictures and is also planning to organize an exhibition. He is still busy in acting. He has recently started his Hindi TV serial 'Meri Dolly Meri Angana' in which he plays the role of Indulata.

Talking about the journey from Gujarati theater to Hindi TV shows, Sangeeta Joshi says, 'Hindi is our national language so I have known it since I was a child - going to school, and I can speak and understand it well. As a child, I used to read the stories of 'Chandamama' and 'Dharmayug', Munshi Premchand during college. I was born in Rajkot to a Gujarati family and after that we all moved to Mumbai. My acting career started from Gujarati theater and after that I got admission in Hindi serials and films. After becoming an actress, I have also taken on other responsibilities in this field.

Talking about the serial 'Meri Dolly Mere Angana', Sangeeta says, 'I play a role in this serial as Indulata. The main character is Janaki 's mother. In the beginning my character is positive, but there is also a twist in the story. I have been told that my character becomes immoral. At home even my husband sometimes calls me Indu or Lata. He makes fun of it. '

Surendra Pal and Astha Abhay also work in this serial. The experience of working with them has been excellent. Well known actor Surendra Palji is a gentleman. Anero gets the thrill of working with them. In the serial I become his wife. I saw Surendraji in 'Mahabharat'. I have worked with many artists like Om Puri, Aamir Khan, Pankaj Tripathi, Sharman Joshi, Manoj Joshi, Aruna Irani, Smriti Irani. Speaking of another young actress Astha Abhay, she is a wonderful actress. I have made friends with many actors working in this serial. ' The actress adds that Azad is a new channel. It presents programs aimed at audiences in rural India. I believe this is the first channel of its kind. There are many shades in my character as Indulata in the serial and that is why I have accepted this serial. I enjoy playing challenging roles.

Speaking about the experience of shooting the serial in the epidemic, Sangeeta Joshi says, 'Yes.

A lot of care had to be taken this time. Had to keep distance. Masks had to be worn, all the rules had to be strictly followed like frequent use of sanitizer. All precautions had to be taken even on the set of this serial. The producers made all the arrangements for the artist, so everyone was free from fear and took part in the shooting. '

Speaking about her favorite role, Sangeeta Joshi says, "I have played a lot of roles, but my favorite role is becoming the title role of 'Preet, Piyu and Pannabahen'. People liked this Gujarati serial very much. I like to play extremely difficult roles to show my acting ability. My current role is also very interesting and I am playing the role of a mother for the first time. This character as a mother-in-law is very different. '
