White thick clouds are sometimes seen in the atmosphere on winter mornings. This blue atmosphere is called fog. Even nearby objects cannot be seen in the thick fog. In dense fog, nothing can be seen from ten feet away. In some cities, fog causes traffic jams and cancellation of flights. Clouds appear all around.
At low temperatures in winter it condenses by evaporating water from the air. In winter morning air cannot store more steam. This is called saturated air. Excess steam is converted into a microscopic stream of water and remains in the air in the form of a white cloud. This mass of fera spreads over the surface of the soil. The fog dissipates as soon as the atmosphere warms up after sunrise. The colder the fog, the thicker the fog.
How far can be seen in the fog. This is called visibility. Not visible from a distance of more than 50 meters is called 60 meters visibility. This is an important factor when flying an aircraft at an airport.
