The Olympics will be held next year in Tokyo, the Japanese capital, with a number of Muslim athletes. A mobile mosque has been set up in Tokyo to prevent these players from having trouble praying. The mobile mosque will be kept just outside the stadium. In which 50 people can pray. This mobile mosque features mats for washing hands and prayers. It was created by Tokyo's Spots and Culture Event Company.
According to the company, the mosque has been converted into a large truck. It can be operated with a remote control. Opening its rear with a remote drains the ladder and opens the gate. Then the inside of it measures 551 square feet. In which over 50 people can offer prayers. There are four mosques in Tokyo. This makes it difficult for people from outside the Muslim community to offer prayers. This mobile mosque will provide relief to them.
It is important that the first mosque in Japan was built in 1935. There are approximately 60 mosques across the country. For the first time, the mobile mosque was used in Indonesia in 2016 and proved successful. In which green vines were used in Indonesia.
