If you keep these rules of Ayurveda for food, remember never to get sick

Often due to fatigue throughout the day, we often eat whatever is present at night. We take care that breakfast is healthy, but not so much for dinner. Ayurveda believes that some rules regarding dinner meal should be kept in mind. Those who follow these rules will never get sick. According to Ayurveda there are three main elements or nature of the body. Which includes talk, gall and cough. When the balance of these elements in the body deteriorates, the person becomes ill.

1. Use sugar or honey instead of sugar in a meal. Insist on consuming porridge instead of mold.

2. Take a small piece of ginger, roast it on a frying pan and after it cools, put the Sindhu salt on it. Eat this ginger for 5 minutes before eating it. It makes the appetite feel better and digestion is better.

3. Junk food also contains sodium, transfer, and sugars that should be avoided. One should also refrain from the soft drinks available in the market.

4. The meal should always be freshly prepared. It causes digestion exactly.

5. Ayurveda states that one should eat half the food rather than hunger.
