Peanut Energy Ball

Content

1/2 cup baked peanuts

1/2 cup roasted nuts

2 cups raisins,

2 cups oats,

2 cups grilled rice

1/2 cup peanut butter

1/2 cup brown sugar

Method: Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and prepare the balls from the spices and mix.

Oatmeal Walnut Cookies

Content

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/4 cup melted butter

1 tsp vanilla essence

1 egg

3/4 cup flour

1 cup oats

1/4 tsp salt

2/3 cup raisins,

1/4 cup roasted walnuts

Method:

Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Put the first five ingredients in a bowl and blend the ingredients well. Take the flour in a cup and now add the eggs, oats and salt and stir well. Add raisins and walnuts to it and mix well. Pour this mixture on a baking tray and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

Banana Almond Muffins

Content

3 cups oats,

Take 1/2 cup fat milk,

2 ripe bananas

1/3 cup brown sugar,

2 eggs,

1 tablespoon baking powder,

1 tablespoon cinnamon,

1 tablespoon vanilla essence,

1/2 teaspoon salt,

1/2 cup chopped walnuts

Way

Preheat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. In a large bowl, add oats, milk, bananas, brown sugar, eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla and salt, then add the nut and mix it. Divide the whole mixture into equal portions and bake in muffin cups for 25 minutes.
