1 cup roasted wheat bran
1 green chili
1 shredded onion
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon rye
1 tablespoon powder
1 tablespoon ghee
1 cup roasted carrot
1/2 cup capsicum
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup green peas
1/2 cup sweet corn
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt to taste
Way
1. Heat ghee first in a pan. Now add the mustard and onion to it. Fry the onions until golden brown and then add green chillies, milk, corn, carrots, capsicum and peas.
2. Now add the tomatoes and then add salt, pepper, turmeric powder. Cover the pan for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes add water and cover with cilantro. Stir a few times and serve hot so that the porridge and vegetables are well seasoned.
