After a gust of rain yesterday, there has been a heavy downpour since this morning. Maitri repeatedly looked at the clock and waved her hand. She had yet to prepare a meal for her husband, son, in-laws, and sister-in-law. Meena, who was doing other household chores, had not come yet so she was embarrassed. As soon as Ladi started cooking and cleaning the kitchen, she got sweaty. It occurred to me not to take cold water again, but there was not much time. In the drawing room, other members of the household were watching TV, enjoying hot drinks and tea.

She hurriedly changed her dress, put on light makeup and came out of her room. Addressing the mother-in-law, he said, "Mommy, I will come back in the evening after finishing an important meeting." ! Maitri looked at her husband Sharad with a loose mouth, but he turned his mouth and started watching TV. Tears welled up in her eyes. Leaving her mother-in-law babbling, she left the house. His whole face became sweaty again due to the bubbling, he wiped his tears with his handkerchief and turned his mouth on the scooter.

A lunch party was held in the office today with the award distribution. He was honored as the 'Most Dedicated' employee. Forgetting the reality, she was overwhelmed with momentary happiness. Sharad sent a photo of himself accepting his trophy, but he did not reply even after seeing it, saying from above, 'Come home soon.' The momentary joy of friendship lasted only for a few moments. Her colleagues congratulated her on winning the award but her mind was disturbed by Sharad's message. He got an idea of what would happen when he got home.

It was five o'clock when I reached home. The clouds were gloomy, but the bubbling was still there. As soon as she set foot in the house, her mother-in-law started saying angrily, "Just give importance to the job, whatever happens at home happens. I used to work hard and now I want to work even after my wife arrives. My responsibilities have never diminished. "I wanted to reply to my friend that" I work to meet the financial situation of the house, I just leave a little house to go for a walk! I am not the only one who fulfills the responsibilities of home and outside. I knew how to be considered as the only culprit of others while sitting at home, but he started making tea silently without saying anything.

The buffer outside and inside was awkward. His mind was clouded. Didn't he get even a little bit of his own happiness in the life that is being wasted for the happiness and facilities of the family? Does it mean anything to other people? Not even her husband? The fact that she was earning more and maintaining the household system may have hurt her husband's ego, which is why despite being aware of all the truth, Maitri did not get any help or support. How many dreams he had buried for this home and family! As the tea boiled, so did his mind. But like every time, this time too, he drank bitter gourd with cold water and got involved in the work. At the request of Diar and his son, Chhole started preparing to finish.

At night in the bedroom, Sharad enthusiastically started showing the trophy and certificate. "Friendship, you know, everyone in our office is talking about women who get promotions soon, get awards, not because of their hard work, but because they've made a deal somewhere," said Sharad. Maitri stared at her husband in shock, unable to understand what her husband had said! Without answering, she turned her back and fell asleep.

The embarrassment of the mind did not subside today, the neglect and humiliation by the family and especially the husband had now reached its climax. The slightest blame for this situation was his own, he never raised his voice for his self-esteem. Otherwise, everyone in the house knew that the comforts of home were preserved only because of friendship, but no one openly accepted that truth. When Maitri and Sharad were working in the same office before marriage, Maitri was attracted to Sharad's revolutionary ideas. The couple spent three years understanding each other before marriage.

Sharad's financial situation was weak, but with the help of friendship, Sharad's burden became much lighter. Sharad's family was also very happy that a well-earned, soft-spoken and practical girl would come to their house as a bride. Together they dreamed of a bright future. But, soon after the marriage, everything changed. Those dreams no longer existed. The bountiful face of Sharad and his family was coming in front of the friendship, where the other person's feelings and dedication were not appreciated. After eight years of marriage all the equations had changed.

It rained all night. Even outside the house and even inside the mind of friendship! The next morning Sharad woke up to the sound of someone rumbling, saw a friendly song rumbling and filling his bag. Maitri was wearing her favorite skirt top, she was looking more beautiful due to long earrings. Sharad is looking at her in awe. Filling the bag, Maitri said, "I am going to Goa for a week with my son Akash.

If she had received a trip from the company, she would have accepted it. "Her husband stood up and said angrily," Made such a big program, didn't he even ask? I won't let you go like that! I don't ask, I say and yes, I got a trip in exchange for a deal, so no, "I asked," Maitri answered coldly and left the room with her bag. Her mother-in-law was shocked to see this form of friendship. Before she could say anything, Maitri said, "Mommy, I'm going to take Akash out for a week."

"So who's Josh at home?" He said angrily. Maitri replied, "I go to work outside the house and fulfill my responsibilities, even if I am not feeling well, whether I want to or not, just to save family facilities and reduce financial constraints. You will be able to survive! ”She took her son's hand and walked out of the house with confidence. She went out of the society and looked at her son drinking cold coconut water. Due to the torrential rains that fell at night, the weather was very cold now.
