Why do things bounce off the ground?

The ball bounces back as it hits the ground. Being a rubber position installer it bounces more but even hard objects made of wood or metal bounce after falling to the ground. However its proportion depends on its weight. Does the ground push things that fall to the ground? Such a question also arises.

Two things can't stay in the same place so they push each other back when they collide. When an object falling on the ground or floor hits the surface, its motion stops abruptly and shakes the opposite surface. This tremor is the amount of energy transfer bounce from how high the object falls and its weight.

Depends on it. Anything that falls to the ground actually falls to the surface of the earth. It is said that our things are much more subtle than the size of the earth. So the force of reaction on it feels more and bounces.
