- Ten years of 'Zindagi Na Aayegi Dobara'
'The topic of making sequels comes up frequently among us. In fact we are wondering what the story of the sequel will take shape. The story of the actors we will be working with should be interesting, otherwise it would be better to bring a sequel in some other form .. 'says Hrithik Roshan, Farhan Akhtar, Abhay Deol, Katrina Kaif and Kalki 'Directed by Zoya Akhtar. The film was released in July 2011, a decade later.
This is a film whose song 'Senorica ..' and Spain's 'Tomatina Festival' will be remembered, in which Hrithik, Farhan and Abhay Dilojan took part. Of course, it has been decided to make a sequel to this film and it is quite possible that it will hit the floors by the end of this year, informed sources said.
Let us know what Hrithik Roshan, one of the three heroes of this film, has to say about 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara'. However, Hrithik insists that a sequel to this film must be made, adding, "This is one of the Hindi films that has no bad or wrong notes. No moments, no dialogue, no concept that comes with a bad note. What is shown in the film is very real and authentic. '
'I think there is a lack of such heroism in real cinema. This is a light, refreshing, original film, made with sincerity. Not only this, the film is not based on any fashion. The film is neither seasonal nor trending. I think all the beauty of the film is in its writing, 'says Hrithik, adding,' Naturally, the way Rima Kagati and Zoya Akhtar have written this film comes from its original place. This goes beyond their own experience, comes from their motivation, which has no reference. Not only that, it is refreshing to read his screenplay only when it is not duplicated. '
Hrithik Roshan has played the role of Arjun in 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara'. When Hrithik was asked if Arjun's character has made any change in Tara, he said, 'Actually this film was a challenge for me. Because I didn't have to play any character - because Hrithik was my character and that's why it was so scary. It was scary that it is easy to know how another person would say a dialogue, in what style, but it was getting a little difficult for me to know how I would say the dialogue. That's why I would say that not only did I change because of this, but I was put in front of the camera and put down. '
Hrithik further said, "I have welcomed this film with all my heart and soul as it is through this film that the universe has sent me signals that I do not need to change. I need to get out of my coach and settle down. This is the way to live life that Hrithik wants to live. '
The film 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' is not for children, nor is it made for children. However, Hrithik Roshan says that 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' has also affected children. Not only that, this film has become a favorite for both my children Rehan and Ridan. When we watched this movie I saw them connecting with that movie. It was shocking that this film was not made for children. But I think adults who like it also like teenagers and children. The reason is that they understand what is honestly made and what is not.
Both my children have reacted more to my film 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' than any other film. Not only that, he likes this film more than any of my other films and for this he has given me 11 out of 10 ratings. Closer to this film is 'Super 30' for which he has given me a rating of 9 out of 10, 9 out of 10 for 'War', 4.5 out of 10 for 'Kabil' and 'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' to be my 'best' so far. Said. '
The film has the potential to make a sequel. Saying this, Hrithik says, 'A sequel must be made, even if it is made in five years or fifteen years, it does not matter. Actually the film is a lot, but I don't think Zoya thinks about it - but people want it to be a sequel. Zoya may have some thoughts on this. I believe that it is a work of divine power, if it is to happen, it will happen. The film has that potential and it exists. The film is a story of life and friends, which is very interesting. A lot of time has passed away from these characters. It may come back even after years, it will definitely be interesting and it is like making a journey again. '
"I really want to do another film like this," adds Hrithik, "with friends and a party. When I signed this film many of my dad’s friends thought I had made a big mistake, as I was one of the three characters. And it didn’t have my central character in it. I was not the hero of the film, something similar was going on in his mind and Farhan and Abhay were small parts of the film. It was a common rule in those days that something must have star status. I knew that what he was talking about was the exact opposite of the film.
I like to film with two heroes, three heroes, four heroes. I believe that a film is bigger than a star. A Ya A took me and made ‘Luck by Chance’. I had a small part in it, but loved working in film. My character was not a hero, but the feedback I got was wonderful. I had the absolute pleasure of doing this film as it was very humane and real, 'said Hrithik.
'Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara' was made in Spain, Egypt, Britain and India at a cost of Rs 20 crore and grossed Rs 12 crore at the box office. This proved to be a hit film. So it is not wrong to hope that if Zoya Akhtar makes a sequel to this film, it will also prove to be a hit. It is not surprising that the change in the mindset of the viewers in ten years has welcomed the sequel more happily.
