Different Intelligence: There can be many types of intellectual skills. We consider intelligence to be the ability to solve puzzles, to have knowledge of mathematics or science, or to have a wealth of information or to have a keen sense of understanding questions, to carry out difficult tasks with ease. We consider a fluent English writer or speaker to be very intelligent but every manager should be aware that there can be many types of intelligence. Below is a brief discussion of the seven types of intelligence. Each person has these seven different powers of intelligence.

1. Musical intelligence: Musical intelligence develops from childhood before other intelligence develops. Such a person listens intently to the sound in his mind. Music composers have a great deal of this intelligence and for that they rely on their hearing. They have a deep sense of harmony.

. Linguistic intelligence: Musical intelligence emerges from a very young age while linguistic intelligence is slowly flourishing. Linguistic skills often reach their peak in 20, 30 or 40 years. So many writers or poets have been composing their masterpieces in recent years.

. Logical / Mathematics: This power of intellect is used extensively by scientists, lawyers, mathematicians, etc. It starts with the counting of certain things and gradually this intelligence becomes microscopic. Logic and mathematics eventually become so deep and subtle that the common man cannot understand it. In English this is called 'abstract thinking'. Chess players have a great deal of this intelligence. This intelligence reaches its peak in 60 or 70 years and it starts as early as musical intelligence. It is necessary to arrange for the development of this intelligence to begin at an early age. It can be grown inside or outside the school.

3. Intelligence related to area: In English, space means area or space and intelligence about space or area is important for mankind. For painters, graphic artists, architects, pilots, car or scooter drivers, etc., the intellect is important. The characteristic of this intelligence power is that it does not decrease with increasing age and that power resides in the right brain of a person. Intelligence power of space means a deep understanding and understanding of height, length, width, direction, curves, thousands of different shapes and sizes and the subtle interrelationships and inconsistencies between them.

. Body intelligence: This is called kinesthetic in English and is related to controlling the body and its organs. Long exercises are required to control the body parts, to train them to their ultimate limit, to move, to contract, to keep them stable, to bend, to lengthen, to jump, and so on. Dancers, all types of athletes (athletes) this intelligence power is extremely necessary. They use weapons and implements very skillfully. He has amazing mastery over body parts. The body is a poem to them.

. Intrapersonal Intelligence: Do You Look Inside Yourself? In every culture there is a difference in the strengths or skills within the personality. The skill of intuition is to look inside oneself, to introspect, to check one's lusts, emotions and inputs, etc. This intelligence is developed through frequent introspection. There is a special manifestation of this power in yoga. Introspection is a difficult thing to do. Most people do not have the skills of introspection. They are subjective - not objective.

. Interpersonal Intelligence: Immediately after birth, human beings begin to interact. Except for sleep our whole life is mostly spent in person-to-person interactions because human beings are social animals. A man who does not have this intelligence power to understand his relationships with others and to act accordingly fails. A manager who does not have the skills to maintain 'interpersonal' relationships is doomed to failure. Because he often fights with people, subordinates and superiors for trivial reasons. In English this skill is called Special Skills. A man who constantly quarrels and complains lacks this skill.

Everyone has different skills. Not all people have the seven highest levels of intelligence.
