Vani Kapoor and Siddharth Anand chew, talking about the movie 'War'

Hrithik Roshan, Tiger Shroff and Vani Kapoor starrer S. Ramachandran's film 'War' became a super hit and the film's director Siddharth Anand was named as the biggest director in the list of action entertainers. Yash Raj Films' Adrenaline-Pumping Visual Spectacle created a casting coupe by pitting Hrithik against Tiger.

Speaking about 'War', Siddharth Anand says, 'The purpose of' War 'was to increase action and stunts in Hindi cinema. We make a lot of films in a year, but we don't make too many action films.

"In the last seven years after the 'Bang Bang' still in the film industry, my effort has been to make benchmark action films like 'War' and fill the vacuum that has been created."

The move to make action films for Siddharth Anand is conscious. ‘I explore a variety of stories that can contain action that can define genre.
