Maa Navi's greatest happiness lies not in wealth, but in her health. That is why it is said that 'the first happiness is Narya itself.' Pallava Bihani understood this at a very young age. Born in Bangalore, Pallava studied at the Bishop Cotton Boys School there and then studied for a Bachelor of Business Management at Shri Bhagwan Mahavir Jain College. Pallava Bihani was not very bright in his studies, but he says it did not make much difference in his career as an entrepreneur. When he was younger, he made music CDs and video games and sold them to his classmates and neighbors. He was always fascinated by computers and other electronic items, so when people called him home to fit a computer, he would run wild. Pallava, who weighs 105 kg, had a problem with sleep disc before the school board exam. When he arrived in his first year of college, he started going to the gym and promised to lose weight. In this way he weighed thirty kilos.

Her efforts to lose weight were interesting and memorable. One thing that touched him a lot during this period and that is that fitness in India is not something that the common man can afford. Health supplements, fitness equipment, immunity boosters, gym fees - all of these things are very expensive. So he started a company called Boldfit. After graduating from Pallava Bihani, his family business with his father joined the Saswat Group, a business of medical equipment and pharmacy, but he became interested in the fitness industry. He did research on it and started a Baldfit online store in 2013 with Rs 5 lakh from his father. The idea behind starting Baldfit is that everyone can get fit. So it has a structure where its products are sold directly to the consumers.

When he started with yoga mats, there was fierce competition among traders in the market, but very few mats of good quality and affordable price were available. He noticed that if its quality was not good, it would tear quickly. So he approached the manufacturers who made quality yoga mats. He used social media to sell his mats and to his surprise he also received a warm response. Starting with a single product, BaldFit today makes over thirty products,

Today Baldfit makes nutritional and wellness supplements, proteins, multivitamins, immunity boosters, detox tablets and many other supplements according to the guidelines of the World Health Organization and Good Manufacturing Practice. Pallava says India is a big 'pharma hub', but we depend on other countries for it. We import raw materials from abroad, so the price remains high. Baldfit derives its raw materials from Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka and other states. However, in order to maintain the quality of some of the products, the United States requires Grass-Fed Way protein and Madagascar PIA protein. Baldfit has created a product called Superway which has received a very good response. Pallava Bihani handles shopping, marketing, testing, vendors and creating new products with customers.

Pallava Bihani aims to make fitness products available to more and more people. He wants to keep it low. Reaching a turnover of Rs 30 crore in two years, Pallava says that everyone gets only twenty-four hours, of which thirty minutes should be spent on fitness. Millions of rupees will be in the bank, but if you can't get out of bed in old age, then why use that wealth?

Travel: A journey of personality development

During the trip, the women meet many people. He believes that travel develops personality, changes the way of understanding the country and the world, and serves the dream of becoming self-reliant with confidence.

Witness Balde, who lives in Indore, has been fond of wandering since childhood. He studied engineering in computer science at the local Medicos University. When the Witness was in her second year of college, some of the girls in her class planned to go for a walk together, but some of the girls' families did not allow them to go. Eventually the whole plan fell apart, but the wandering witness was left alone like 'Eklo Jaane Re'. Witness says it was Annie's first solo trip. Due to such circumstances and situation, he thought, what if I start a startup so that young women can travel? He did some in-depth research on the subject before implementing the idea.

He realized that if a young woman wants to travel, she has to face three problems. First of all, our society cannot accept that a young woman can travel alone. So the first problem is to get the consent of the family to go on the trip. Then there is the question of safety and then the economic aspect. Considering all these problems, the Witness planned a trip that was cheap and safe. He had planned this trip in 2015 out of five thousand rupees of his savings. They went on a journey from Indore to Mandu. There were fifteen girls, some of them college girlfriends, some newcomers.

The witness was greatly encouraged by this incident. So Sakshi Balde got excited and started a startup called 'Late Her Travel', but when he planned another tour in 2014, he failed. He realized that his travels and hobbies were two very different things. It should be developed as a business. The Witness then began working part-time. He started spending all the money he got in this startup. When Sakshi Balde informed the family that he wanted to start a traveling startup, no one in the family protested, but he was intimidated, partly because Sakshi came from a Marathi family and had no business in her family. Another family member told her she was still young. Think about what you want to think after completing the study first. In the end, the witness got the family's approval by talking about his new idea and plan.

The study was completed in January 2020. She was due to graduate in June and did not take part in the college campus interview because of her occupation. There was a lockdown across India in March. There was no estimate of how long such a situation would last. His business closed. He felt that he had made a big mistake by not doing the job. The witness's confusion increased. Two-and-a-half months of lockdown. He did not know what to do now. She started working freelance. Gradually everything started to open up so he started his business again. From that time onwards he started planning his travels. He made about 7 plans. Today Sakshi has a turnover of about twenty five lakhs.

The witness noticed that often the girls have money and also family approval, but there is no such group, so the witness group organizes traveling. It keeps a certified professional for the safety of the tourist. If a girl does not get permission from home, the witness solves her problem by talking to her parents.

At present Sakshi has offices in Indore and Bhopal and employs fifteen women. While trekking in the forests, they enlist the help of male employees. He plans to open offices in Bengaluru and Noida in the future. During the trip, the women meet many people. He believes that travel develops personality, changes the way we perceive country-world and serves the dream of becoming self-reliant with confidence.
