Five statues of the city after midnight
One sat on a stool and began to heal tears.
Jyotiba spoke,
'Eventually I just became a gardener.'
Shivajirao spoke,
'I am only a Maratha.'
Ambedkar spoke,
'I'm just a Buddhist.'
Tilak exclaimed
'I am only of Chitpavan Brahmins.'
Gandhi took the throat doom and said,
'So you're lucky,
One caste is behind you,
Behind me are only the walls of the government office! '
-Kusumagraj (Anu. Jaya Mehta)
Kusumagraj's original name was Vishnu Vaman Shirwadkar. Original Marathi writer. He was honored with 12th Gyanpith award. He has done noble work in various forms like poetry, novel, story, drama. His name is held in high esteem not only in Marathi but also in Indian literature for his literary contributions. The sharpness and sharpness of Kusumagraj's pen will be realized only by reading the above poem.
Our India is a country that believes in personification. Over time, we give the status of God or God's angel to any leader or Mahatma. Not only after death, but also while alive we worship people there as God. In many places in the South, there is a temple of the hero of the film, which is worshiped by people like God. There is no shortage of monks or gurus! The leaders of that society, religion or sect want to give something better to the society. They want to make it better and try to give as much as they can. People who took his noble work follow him. But when this pursuit goes blind, there is more trouble. Gandhiji himself said that when my two ideas seem to be contradictory, keep the last idea valid. But we don't owe anything at last. What has our adorable said? Just follow with eyes closed. But in this pursuit our personal interest is mixed. People follow the life of Gandhiji, Ambedkar, Jyotiba, Vallabhbhai or any other dignitary only when they see some benefit in it.
We begin to give equal respect to all who are holy and holy, because we know that we ourselves cannot be like that. These qualities are divine. Speaking the truth at any cost, whether we personally dislike or disregard such a rule, moral respect will surely be born. Seeing the good qualities that we do not have in others, awakens pride in us. That is why we have faith and esteem towards Jyotiba, Shivajirao, Ambedkar, Tilak, Gandhi all. However, everyone can do the work of speaking the truth and behaving honestly. Yet not everyone behaves that way. Mahatmas make efforts to uplift the society at any cost. The mind man to them is just man. It is not Hindu, Muslim, Sikh or Christian. After all, even after death, there is only man in all graves, there is no religion. Ghayalsaheb wrote, "No Hindus came out, no Muslims came out. After falling asleep in death, man has no religion, no caste.
In the above poem, Kusumagraj has not expressed the grief of various dignitaries through idols, but has attacked our psyche. By saying that they belonged to our society, to our caste, we are confining those dignitaries by imprisoning them in our own barn. Because we wear the veil of religion, we wear the dress of the province. We live in races. Before looking at man as a man, we pay more attention to what religion he belongs to, what race he belongs to.

Somewhere four die,
Somewhere ten times die;
Both Hindus and Muslims are safe,
Man often dies.
