Anemia: Persons whose blood hemoglobin level does not increase despite taking iron medicines and iron-rich food, soak two to three figs in water for two hours, drain the water and sprinkle the dried figs with cinnamon and eat with lunch. Continue this experiment for a long time.

Dates: Dates are the staple food of the natives of Middle East-Saud Arabia. There are two varieties available in the market. A crimson date and another black date. Black dates are the best in terms of quality. Acharya Charak has called dates as Brihan, which means that they nourish the body. Let me clear a misunderstanding about dates. Dates are not hot, they are cold. Yes, it is cool in nature and cools the body. Dr. Shivprasad Trivedi states that dates contain more iron than meat. It has significant amounts of vitamins "A", "B1" and "B2". Now let's look at the medicinal uses of dates.

Leprosy: If there is bleeding in any part of the body, eat dates and ghee regularly. Take cow's milk over it.

Hemoglobin: Dates are also an excellent food for pale and debilitated individuals with reduced hemoglobin, vitamin deficiency and iron deficiency. Not only that, men experiencing weakness in the work force, persons whose sperm count (SPERM) is decreasing, also need to consume dates for twelve months.

Cashews: Cashews are native to Brazil in South America. It grows well in South India and Goa. Cashews have the highest protein content among all shelled fruits. Constipation: Apricot is an excellent laxative for constipation. Cut three-four apricots into pieces, separate the pulp and the almonds in it, boil it in water, add a teaspoon of amla powder, half a teaspoon of sugar, pinch of salt and pinch of roasted ajmo to it and drink it every morning. Doing this for a long time will cure old constipation. Despite all these qualities, apricots are not suitable to be consumed in summer.

Rich in sweet juice, dried grapes are the best dried fruit to be consumed by people of all ages and races. In Sanskrit it is called 'flottama' which means excellent in fruits. The ancients considered grapes to be sweet, good for the heart, blood-enhancing, tonic, urinary and bowel cleansing, and to relieve fatigue after exertion. Grapes are rich in vitamins C, M, B and iron, so they are also popular worldwide as an excellent nutritional food.

Heavy menses and not stopping - Soak twenty seeds of black grapes and one teaspoon of dry coriander powder in water overnight. In the morning wash your clothes, remove the seeds from the grapes, filter and drink this water. A glass of such water can be taken three times a day morning-afternoon-evening.

Even if there is frequent snoring, the above mentioned experiment proves ineffective.

If there is bleeding after vomiting, grind twenty seeds of black grapes with amla powder, take cow's ghee and make a gram-sized pill. Two or two such pills can be taken four times a day in the morning, afternoon, evening, and night along with cow's or goat's milk containing sugar.

Also avoid hot foods like brinjal, millet, garlic, pepper and all sour foods except amla.

* If there is inflammation or inflammation anywhere in the body - especially if the palms and soles of the feet are hot, soak five grams of native rose leaf powder, equal parts of jet honey and coriander powder and twenty seeds of grape seeds in a glass of water overnight. Strain it in the morning and add sugar to it.

Chilgoja

Chilgoja currency is less in Gujarat. Specially eaten in North Indian side. It is also known as Galgoja in Gujarat.

Addia va, eat four to five pieces of Chilgoja in the morning after chewing a lot. Do not take food and water half an hour before and after taking Chilgoja.

In unrelenting cough and allergic breath, chew one to two pieces of Chilgoja and eat at an interval of one and a half to two hours.
