When a tragic situation occurs in a person's life, the person is plunged into intense sadness or depression due to that situation. Death of a loved one, heavy loss in business, failure in love, serious-physical illness, failure in exams, accident or any other reason, when there is a lot of sadness or despair in the mind and when this despair persists for a long period of time, a person suffers from depression. Depression has its place both in the person's mind and in the situation. Sometimes it is the situation that causes depression and sometimes some individuals have a mind structure or genes that make them feel depressed even in normal situations. Often this disease is seen in the offspring due to some temperamental traits of the parents. Depression is an experience of powerlessness. Melancholy, hopelessness, lack of enthusiasm, etc. symptoms result from impotence. Depression is more common in weak-minded individuals, and depression is rare in strong-minded individuals despite apparently adverse external factors. The reason for this to happen is that an honest person does not experience a pull of life force. So the experience of depression due to lack of vitality cannot take place in their life.
