- Ritesh Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh have become vegetarians for the past three years. Vegetarianism has brought about wonderful changes in his life that are immediately noticeable.
Amitabh Bachchan gave up non-vegetarian diet several years ago. Many stars have gone a step further from vegetarianism and become vegan.
Non-vegetarianism has a negative effect on the body and mind. Not only that, it goes without saying that vegetarianism is superior to non-vegetarianism for the human body. This idea is gradually gaining ground in people's minds and people are becoming vegetarians. This includes celebrities too. Amitabh Bachchan has given up meat several years ago. Many other stars have also turned vegan. Actors Riteish Deshmukh and Genelia Deshmukh have also become vegetarians and that too for the past three years and because of this, their lives have undergone noticeable changes. "Not only are our energy levels higher when we exercise than when we were eating meat, we also feel like our body has more oxygen," said Ritesh Deshmukh.
1st November 'World Vegan Day' was celebrated. On this occasion, Genelia Deshmukh said that the idea of becoming a vegan came to my eldest son's mind for the first time in our house. A few years ago our son Riyan came to Deshmukh. "One day he came home from school and said to me, 'Hey, you love Flash (the name of our pet dog) and eat chicken. Both are animals. What's the difference?' It put me on the path to understanding what we were doing,' says Genelia. The couple now wants to work to raise awareness about vegan living. His two sons Ryan (7) and Raheel (6) will also join in this journey. This is not only for vegetarian living but also for spreading awareness about it. Every spider is accompanied by a conscious decision we make. After becoming a wagon, we have added another thing to it. We have felt our blood working and the doctor told us that you look younger. A particularly large proof of this may be the show. This is a step of learning animals. Those who cannot even say anything about their problems,' said Ritesh Deshmukh.
Genelia feels that she and her husband will remain vegan forever, but that both of her sons will follow her lifestyle or live as they choose. 'They go to school now and often go to birthday parties. Where he can't cook half as many dishes as healthy, but he never complains about it. They feel that this is for the purpose. As elders we smile and feel like we are right there with them,' said Genelia.
