Early sleep increases life expectancy by 5%

According to research, according to one research study of 2.5 million people for 6 years, people who sleep early are 7% more likely to be late sleepers. This has been proven in an experiment in Britain of 1.5 million people. The search involved people aged 3-5 years. Most of them said they enjoyed working early in the morning.

The research also looked at smoking, alcohol habits, weight and socioeconomic status. Mutu was also studied in a 5 year long survey. In which 1.2 people were killed. Researchers found that people who woke up late and slept late in the morning had a 3 percent higher risk of death. The fear of death was even more disturbing to those who woke up late. They also had diabetes, stomach and respiratory distress, alcoholism and smoking addiction.

Researchers say that the biological clock does not match the surrounding environment by waking up and sleeping until late. Eating at the wrong time, not getting enough sleep, not exercising, can cause mental stress. Until late, those awake should change their habits and seek medical advice. Researchers at the University of Surrey believe that this cannot be ignored because of the issues associated with their health. Researchers at Chicago's Northern University believe that the problem of people who wake up late at night is different.
