Indian Food Dal - Rice has immunity

Alterations in DNA cause genetic diseases, but in addition to poor diet, the disease can occur. This is why the diet can be controlled by the diet. In this experiment in Germany, scientists praised Indian food lentils and rice, which also help in the prevention of genetic illness. Researchers from Russia, Israel and India also joined the research.

Researchers believe that western-style fast food diets increase genetic diseases, while low-calorie Indian vegetarian diets prevent diseases. Scientists have experimented with food on rats suffering from a disease called lupus. Lupus disease is directly linked to DNA. The effects of the disease are progressively damaging various organs such as kidney, heart, brain.

Scientists provided one group of mice with fast food, while another group gave turmeric, spices mixed with lentils. After studying the diet of these two groups of mice for 3 days, it was found that the benefit of lupus disease was observed in the rats that consumed lentil rice. It has been proven that Indian food contains more of the nutrients the body needs. Dal and Dawal, in particular, have more and more nutrients that make sitting fast in sickness.
