Sitting for more than 9 hours a day increases the risk of death, this way

Physical activity reduces the risk of premature death. Simultaneously, sitting for 9 hours or more increases the risk of premature death. This is claimed in one study. According to the World Health Organization guidelines, 18 to 64 year olds are recommended to do intense physical labor for at least 150 minutes a week or 75 minutes.

The discovery was led by Ulf Eklund, a professor at the Norwegian School of Sport Sciences in Oslo, Norway. Presented an overview evaluating the association of sedentary life with physical activity and death. Reduce the risk of death by doing this remedy

Of the total amount of physical activity, a moderate activity of about 300 minutes per day reduces the likelihood of death by doing moderate intensity physical activity for about 24 minutes a day. The risk of death was reduced by half compared to those who worked at this level or those who did not do physical labor.
