It is important that you maintain a balance of personal and professional life. If this balance is not maintained then you will always feel stressed. Be aware that the home environment does not deteriorate due to office problems and that home problems do not affect office work.

5. Keep the work station clean

This is a small job but it will keep you positive. Well decorate and maintain your workstation. You can also use a picture of a person you like, a photo of God or another motivational coat.

6. Avoid Negatives

In some people and places you feel negative. Talking to such people makes the mind heavy. Try to stay away from such people. If you cannot stay far away, do not put your thoughts in your mind.
