Truecaller comes in 4 new features, which will allow WhatsApp to collide

New updates have been coming to Truecaller for some time now. In addition to increasing this update, Truecolor has introduced 4 new features.

This new feature introduces users to group chat, as well as switching between hidden numbers, chat and sms, to get a feature like Categoryized Inbox.

This feature has been rolling out for Android and iOS since October 18. In order to take advantage of this feature, users have to update TruCooler from the Play Store and App Store.

What are the characteristics

Truecolor can compete with WhatsApp with this service. The company is also looking into the privacy of users with group chat invitations.

A feature of this feature is that it cannot be added to a group without the user's permission. WhatsApp recently introduced this service.

Talking about the second feature, it will now have the Hidden Number feature. This service is also very useful for user privacy. The advantage is that it will keep your number hidden from unknown users in the group.

Only your contacts will see your number. In addition, if a user wants to see your number, they will need your permission.

TrueColor allows users to easily switch between chat and SMS in group chat. Even if the user does not have a net connection, they will still be able to see the Blue or Green button.

Apart from this it also has a categorized inbox feature. It lets you keep unsaved and spam messages separate.

Compete with WhatsApp?

Three of TrueCooler's four features are not available on WhatsApp. Truecolor has introduced these features to protect users' privacy and it appears to be creating competition for WhatsApp.
