The controversy over the centuries-old Ram Janmabhoomi has come to an end. The Supreme Court's revolutionary ruling has opened the way for the construction of a magnificent Ram temple at the site of Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya.
Many people will not remember that the dispute over the construction of Ram Mandir in Ayodhya was going on since the time when the dispute over Kashi-Mathura started. The Vishwa Hindu Parishad has been talking for a long time about 'liberating' Krishnanmastha from Mathura. A few months ago, VHP held a hydropower program in Varanasi to sharpen people's religious sentiments.
As lively and explosive as the issue of the Ram Mandir of Ayodhya was, Krishna's birthplace of Mathura may not seem controversial, but anytime, even if the politics of voting take the form of a brutal form, there will be an uproar. Overall peace prevails in the city of Mathura.
But to liberate the temple of Krishna Janmabhoomi from the shadow of Eidgah, Sri Krishna Janmasthan Vikas Samiti has been created by Hindu leaders before the year. This committee wants to launch a kind of campaign to liberate Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya. On one hand are the youth of the Vishwa Hindu Parishad and Bajrang Dal. So the young son of the royal Imam of Delhi's Jama Masjid has formed an opposition force in the name of Adamsena in Mathura.
While preparing a pre-requisite role in resolving the Ram Mandir-mosque dispute and building a Ram Mandir in Ayodhya a few years ago, Shankaracharya of Kashi also made a condition before the Muslim community that Muslims would have to complete the temples of Kashi and Mathura around Ayodhya. Thus, in the wake of the known and unknown Ayodhya temples of Kashi-Mathura and nearby mosques were also disputed.
At present, if you go to Mathura, you will also hear a tourist guide saying that the 3 year old royal Idgah near Krishna temple is not a mosque, only a structure.
Which is built on the land of Krishna birth place. This issue is also frequently troubling in Mathura. The CRP maintains the entire fleet of F-1 battalions.
The board is struck at the entrance to the sanctum sanctorum of Krishna temple in Mathura. It talks about how the four Hindu temples were built and destroyed. The reason for the modern controversy is the Fourth Temple. Which was built by Veer Singhdev Bundela of Orchha during the reign of Mughal Emperor Jahangir.
There is a legend in Ramayana that Ram's younger brother, Shatradhan, killed a demon named Lavan and built a town called Madhura in Uttar Pradesh. Slowly, Madhura was mentioned as Mathura. Aurangzeb erected an eidgah here by demolishing the temple on an area of 5 acres in the area called Katara Keshavdev.
The French traveler Tavernier mentions the temple here in the 5th of his visit to Mathura, but in Aurangzeb-3, it was ordered to be demolished and the present Eidgah was erected from the pillar of the temple of Keshavdev.
Currently if you go to see Krishna temple, its adjoining, adjacent high mosque. The mosque made of red stone is taller than the temple. So this temple looks like it is standing in the shadow of the mosque. The huge green, white dome of the mosque used to dominate the temple. But after the temple was taken high a few years ago, the height seems to have been equal between these two shrines.
This complex of temple-mosque is covered under Place of Worship Act 1. According to the Act, the religious form of the complex has to be maintained on 1st August, 5th. The Supreme Court has directed the state and central government that under any circumstances, the Kani's knowledge-based mosque and the royal Idgah mosque in Mathura should not be demolished.
Recently, the Constitutional Bench of five Supreme Court judges placed special emphasis on the Plessis of Worship (Special Provision) Act, which was implemented in Year 1. A five-judge bench, headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi, spoke of the country's secular character while delivering a verdict.
The bench also emphasized the protection of the country's independence time status at the current religious sites. With this attitude of the Supreme Court, the possibilities for any kind of change in the current situation in Kashi and Mathura are now exhausted. The country has taken initiative to strengthen this constitutional commitment by applying this law and treating all religions as equal and maintaining secularism.
Union President Mohan Bhagwat also arrived at the Supreme Court verdict saying that we are no longer with those who demanded the construction of a temple in Kashi and Mathura. The union never joined the movements. Our job is to create a mere and only character. Thus, the dispute over the Mathura and Kashi temples in the country has also been paused.
In the year 1, there was Narasimha Rao's government at the center. At that time, the Ayodhya dispute was at its peak throughout the country. The government may have suspected something like a Babri demolition. Naturally, it was not a dispute about Mayo but Ayodhya. Many religious places like Kashi and Mathura were also at the center of controversy, which was somewhat similar to Ayodhya. Parliament passed this Act under its special authority in order to prevent a dispute like that of Ram Janmabhoomi. This law was named in the Places of Worship (Special Provisions) Act, 2.
The Plessis of Worship (Special Provision) Act, 1 states that under this law applicable to the whole country except Jammu and Kashmir, the religious place of the country which was the religion of the country on the 8th of August, 8th August, 8th and today will remain the same. And it cannot be changed in any way, whatever the religion and creed. However, the Ayodhya dispute was excluded from the Act.
However, goodwill prevails among the local imams of Mathura and the Hindu monks here. They say that some politicians are deliberately disputing this Krishna Janmabhoomi and the mosque. To date, there have been rare communal riots in Mathura. Now there are some heady people rioting here.
One of the professors here says on condition of anonymity that Ramnath Goenka, the head of the Indian Express group, built a new temple by renovating the old Krishna temple in the 5th. But this temple is not built in place of the original Krishna birthplace. The mosque is taken over the original temple.
If a foreigner sees the temple and the mosque as an ado, then how much harmony there is between Hindus and Muslims in India? But at the next moment the delusion of knowing the truth is broken. Enter the courtyard of the temple so that the quality posters, banners can be read immediately. Protect Hindus, such as the Hindus, etc.
One thing to note is that the population of Muslims in Mathura is very small. The Muslims here are peaceful. Many Muslim youths earn a living by paying a visit to Mathura. Some Muslim boy girls earn money by selling Krishna Lord's favorite flute or peacock.
One of the informants who called Ayodhya and Mathura controversy a bit of a contradiction is the opinion that like Ayodhya, there is no legal dispute about ownership of Dharmasthan in Krishna's birth place and the royal Eidgah mosque in Mathura. Although this temple-mosque is close to each other, their existence is very different; While Babri Masjid was chosen on a large part of Ram Janmabhoomi in Ayodhya. It was because of this that the dispute became fierce. In addition, prayers are offered in Idgah. On Friday, a crowd of Muslim devotees flocked here.
While the Ayodhya case was legal, the VHP called the Babri Masjid a scandal at the head of Hinduism, so Hindus were more incensed, but people in Mathura are less likely to provoke it. The agreement between Krishna Janasthan Seva Sangh and the Shahi Eidgah Mosque Trust in the 5th had clarified who the owners of the complex were.
By announcing the program, VHP had earlier raised the condition that a mosque like the fourth wall of the temple complex would also be in circulation. Thus, Krishna's birthplace is not only circulated for fear of violating the agreement of. Nor is it permitted. On the other hand, on every Eid day, the authorities cleanse at the entrance to the mosque and arrange security for the Muslims.
The major objection to the VHP is against ownership of the land of the Imperial Idgah Mosque Trust. Acharya Giriraj Kishore said a few years ago, "We are not tied to any agreement. We (Hindus) have a right to own the land, so we will make a case to acquire it. '
Shri Krishna Janmabhoomi Trust, claiming ownership of Keshav Dev plot over the site of Krishna Janmabhoomi site, has for years represented that the royal Idgah mosque is standing on our land. Vijay Bahadur Singh, a spokesman for the trust, says that in addition to the Krishna temple, there are mosques and three Muslim families on the 1.8-acre plot of Qatar Keshav Dev. These Muslim citizens are believed to be the heirs of Aurangzeb. Yet the government has recognized the Beau shrines. In a way, this attitude of the government is unfair to the Hindus.
The security forces cordoned off an area of 1.5 acres of land at Sri Krishna Janmasthan Temple and its neighboring royal mosque, Idgah, but in both places a crowd of devotees is allowed to pray here regularly.
The situation is normal in the vicinity of the site and the streets are densely populated, although some troops of the army, local constabulary officers and paramilitary forces deployed in the area are warning people about the unusual situation.
Nevertheless, it is not possible to say when the atmosphere will change so that metal detectors have been installed at the gates of both the Krishna Janmasthan Temple and the Shahi Mosque. Armed security forces have been deployed around both sites and a fence has been erected on the premises of an empty temple adjacent to the mosque.
According to the District Magistrate of Mathura, three CRPF companies, some two and a half police officers, are patrolling around an area of 1.2 acres to protect both places of worship against any vandalism efforts.
Watchtowers have been set up in several places to cover this huge pane, and a bomb disposal deck has been set up to prevent any untoward incident. People belonging to both police departments live peacefully in the adjoining areas.
However, there is a prevalence among Muslims here that the mosque of Mathura along with Ayodhya and Varanasi may also be the target of fundamentalist Hindu fighters. After the 9th Ayodhya incident, some people also tried to create riot, but the strict administration had crushed the efforts.
The solution to the disputes of property disputes relating to this land is satisfied with both the administrators of both places of worship and a similar arrangement has been suggested by the people here for the Ayodhya dispute.
Thus different persons in Mathura value Krishna Janmabhoomi and the mosque controversy in different ways. Looking at the omnipresence, Mathura's dispute is not as quick as Ayodhya's right now. But if the magnitude of this temple-mosque intensifies on the day of the rise of politicians, it is not surprising.
