Even after 70 years of enactment, half of the people in the country do not get proper justice

Constitution is being violated every day by the social, economic and political justice of millions of people, justice is far away from the reach of the neglected class.

People have drafted the country. The Constitution Consortium was not formed on the principle of one person vote, so that it was not actually representative of the people. Nevertheless, the Constituent Assembly spoke for all the people of India when the final outcome was decided. This is the only constitution that has proved resilient in times of crisis (1-5), before the central government's premature collapse (3-5). The Constitution has retained its original identity even after several reforms.

It is the Constitution of India that has pledged to protect every citizen of India in a legal, social, economic and political way. Each of these words and sentences has special meaning. These words have ignited the fire of ambition in the hearts of millions and will continue to do so.

On the 5th of January, we will celebrate 3 years of the Constitution. Now is the time to ask who got social justice and who did not? What is economic justice, and has every citizen got economic justice? If every citizen is voting, how much political justice have they received?

For centuries, Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes have been living at the bottom of the pyramid. Other backward castes, and even the most backward castes and minorities, fall into other deprived categories. The state of black people in America has been the same for a hundred years, just as there are Dalits, tribes and Muslims in India today. In the United States, there was a civil war in the Civil War, to abolish slavery and the Civil Rights Act.

Which began a long process of equal rights and acceptance of citizens. While India has a constitution that opposes untouchability. It also excludes discrimination based on religion and reserves SC and ST. However, the reality is that social justice is far beyond the reach of the neglected class in terms of education and health as well as government jobs.

I didn't mention statistics for housing, crime, sports representation, etc. If it did, then it would surely prove that SC, ST and Muslim people were being discriminated against. They are also neglected, humiliated, and tortured. Economic justice is only part of social justice. The neglected and disadvantaged will have low educational qualifications, wealth will be scarce, and they will be left behind in good and government jobs. The third promise of political justice can be considered the worst tragedy. Due to reserved constituencies and parliamentary constituencies, SC and ST have the opportunity of representation in the state legislatures and the Lok Sabha. But one fact is that it does not consider any decision-making congregations in the political parties or even leaders of such backward castes at that level. Unless such backward people form their own party, their support is limited to that class.

The situation is the worst for the minorities, especially those in the Muslim community. There is a minority front in the mainstream political forces, but very few of them have the opportunity to lead the party. BJP openly ridicules Muslims, in addition to intimidating them with NRC, NPR and CAA. Constitution is breaching every day in the country, disrupting the social, economic and political justice of millions of people. The justice that was promised to all the citizens of the country, but half did not get justice.
