Yoga can cure every kind of disease. Yoga can also solve problems for children who abstain from physical activities and sports and do not increase their length. As children carry mobiles in their hands all day, their physical labor is reduced and this does not increase their length. Let us tell you about the three asanas that are meant for children, and doing so increases the length.
1. Bhujangasan
Bhujangasan will benefit if the length of the children is not increased. Lie upside down on the ground to do this yoga. Relax the body part and then slowly move the upper body backwards with your hands, keeping the toes on the ground. Perform this asana in the picture.
2. Merudandasan
To do this posture, stand with both feet raised and lift your arms upwards and fold your hands. Now inhale inward and bend once to the left as well as once to the right. Doing this posture increases flexibility and increases the length of the spine.
3. Sarvangasana
Needle straight to the ground and slowly move both legs upwards to do this yoga. When the leg is straight to the waist, support the waist with your hands and lift the body as straight as possible. In this position for a few seconds slowly bring the body down and then do this posture again.
