TechTips: Disables the touchpad in a laptop that solves minor complications of different devices, programs or services.

The touchpad that offers mouse work in a laptop is a feature that many people find fairly affordable, while many people do not run at all without a mouse.

People like to work with laptops everyday by connecting their mouse. This approach is simple, but if the touchpad is enabled even after the mouse is connected, it is possible to make mistakes by accidentally pointing it at the finger.

A good option is that the inbuilt touchpad should be automatically disabled whenever we connect an extra mouse to the laptop.

To do this in Windows 7, click the Start button and go to Windows Settings. You can also go to settings by pressing Windows key + i. Click on the Devices option. Click on the touchpad in the left panel. Now remove the tick 'Leave touchpad on when a mouse is connected' to the right.

Now whenever you connect a mouse to a laptop, the touchpad will be off and the touchpad will be reactivated by removing the mouse. Some laptop companies offer separate software for the touchpad, usually its icon found in the tray on the right side of the screen. It can be accessed by double-clicking on its settings.

Easily hover the cursor over a smartphone

On a smartphone, in WhatsApp or elsewhere, you may need to rotate the cursor in order to find something wrong or make any changes to the text. Moving the cursor with the finger on the touch screen is not very convenient, but the 'Gboard' keyboard offers a much easier solution. If you do not have a Gboard keyboard installed to take advantage of it, install it.

Now whenever you have to move the cursor back and forth over the text, instead of hovering over the text, simply hover over the spacebar in the keyboard - your task will be much easier!

Clicking on the Google logo on the keyboard of the keyboard will display a button for text editing. Clicking on it will give you the option to rotate the cursor in the text, select all the text, get to the beginning or the end of the text with one click and also copy and paste the text.
