People who have erratic bedtime and work different shifts have an increased risk of heart attack. This finding is revealed in a recent survey. Researchers say that people 45 and older who sleep at different times every day are at increased risk of heart attack.
The sleeping pattern needs to be the same
According to the research, regularly sleeping people are saved from a heart attack. People who live a regular lifestyle with regular physical and fitness diets get regular and consistent sleep. This conclusion is presented after five years of discovery. Experts say that consistent sleep and timely sleep can cure many diseases. The researchers included men and women aged 45 to 84 in this research. A device was placed on the wrists of these people to inform the health of the person. 111 people died of a stroke, heart attack, in five years. The sleep of these people was irregular and inadequate.
In a previous finding, sleep was linked to disease-related abnormalities.
