Vidyavijaya Maharaj, who enchanted the listeners of every class with his lectures, is the clarity of his eloquence, the clarity of his thoughts and the sum of his knowledge.
This grandson of Gujarat fascinated the non-Jain class of that time. Sathamba village of Mahikantha is the native place of this sage who traveled as far as the Indus province of the then unbroken India. Born in a small village, the light of this great talent spread across the country over time.
If a diamond gets the touch of a jeweler, his real name will come out. His original name is Bechardas. Bechardas also got a touch of such a jeweler. This jeweler is the scholar Vijayadharmasuri Maharaj.
This diamond connoisseur baptized Bechardas and made Muni Vidyavijay (born VS 18, Aso Vad Choth, Diksha VS 18, Chaitravad V, Kaladharma: VS 2011, Magshar Vad Baras, Shivpuri) and made the world The diamond light shone.

His fame reached the great officers. Famous officers of the English era used to come to his discourses and drink his speech. Many scholars of different religions and sects used to sit at the feet of Vidyavijaya Maharaj and get their doubts resolved.
This was a time when the whole world knew about Mahatma Buddha but the world except Lord Mahavira knew very little except Jains. Vidyavaridhi Vidyavijay Maharaj worked to spread the message of Mahavira Prabhu to all corners of the world. What he wrote about Jainism went around the world in many languages. People listened to his discourses with interest and learned about Jainism.
Across the borders of the then United India, the fame of Vidyavijaya Maharaj reached the students of England, America, Japan and Germany. Norman Brown became a special disciple of M. Dr. Brown came to Shivpuri from as far as the Americas and studied Sanskrit and Prakrit under the tutelage of Vidyavijaya Maharaj.
Dr. who holds a doctorate from the University of Leipzig in Germany. Dr. Charlotte Crouse also attracted to Munishri's knowledge and came to Shivpuri and became an expert in Jainism and philosophy. The place for Hindus that belonged to Kashi University belonged to the Shivpuri Jain Institute for Jain Education at that time.
The founder of this institute, Vijayadharmasuri Maharaj and his disciple family gave the institute a respectable place in the entire world of education. Well known writers like Jayabhikkhu, Ratilal Desai, Acharya Padmasagarsuri etc. studied in this school in Shivpuri. Named 'Veer Tatva Prakashak Mandal', the institute was started in Mumbai and then shifted to Shivpuri.
Here Dr. Special mention of Krause seems necessary. It is well known that Lady Margaret Noble of the Irish Freedom Fighters converted to Hinduism, attracted by the talent of Swami Vivekananda. In the same way that she became known as Bhagini Nivedita, foreign women like Mendelin Slade (Mirabahen), Theosophist Anne Besant and Mira Alfassa i.e. Mataji of Pondicherry took an interest in Indian philosophy and assimilated Indianness forever.
