One has to accept the reality that life can be enjoyed only if the body is good.

* Get in the habit of walking on green grass or in the open air before sunrise. Regular exercise also benefits. If you do not have time to exercise every day, you have to climb the steps instead of the elevator and if you are traveling in a bus, you have to get off at a bus stop so that you have to walk.

* Incorporate more boiled foods in the daily diet. As well as drink seasonal fruit or its juice.
