After experiencing the scorching heat of summer, people experience all the happiness and peace as soon as the rain falls. The atmosphere feels cool. The atmosphere becomes pleasant. The clay smells wet. So for a while we feel very happy and relieved but then slowly many problems start ..... There is no mood at work, there is indifference in the mind, there is less appetite, digestion is not good, gas-constipation problems increase, Feeling tired, feeling dizzy, head-waist pain, knee, foot water or body aches, eczema on the skin, shingles, etc., tingling or blisters on the body, itchy skin, armpits, There are many problems like skin diseases, colds, coughs, headaches, frequent fevers, etc., but the biggest problem of this season is hair loss and baldness or lice. Even so, the rainy season is the queen of diseases.
The above diseases only happen to some people. Hair loss and baldness are common problems in the monsoons. For those who have been suffering from hair loss for a long time, hair loss is more common. But even those who do not have hair loss problems are starting to lose their hair this season. And gradually baldness also occurs. Nowadays, hair loss, baldness or gray hair at a young age is a very worrying problem and this problem is increasing day by day. People are constantly worried or trying to get rid of the problem by treating it. The problem of hair loss due to the season is becoming more and more worrying. So it is very important to take care of the hair before the start of this season.
Hair Care - Care should be taken before the onset of rains so that the hair does not get damaged or lice in this season, as the saying goes, "Aware man is always happy." Should be done. For that, only good medicated ayurvedic oil should be applied daily to the hair roots with a very light hand massage. Massage into the hair, do not rub the hair and do not weigh even a little while doing the hair, take a little oil in the fingertips and massage it into the scalp with a very light hand-soft hand.
Mix neem oil karanj oil once a week or apply medicated safflower oil on hair roots (only on scalp) at night and wash hair with good ayurvedic shampoo in the morning. In addition to these two cares, 1-1 teaspoon of chemical powder or hairy tablet should be taken daily with milk 2-3 times in the morning and evening so that the hair roots remain strong and other hair problems do not occur. So these are the treatments before the onset of rain but now it is very important to know about the post-rain treatments especially to always protect the hair from rain water.
Therefore, special care should be taken so that the hair does not get wet. Secondly the hair should not be washed frequently during this season. Hair should be washed only once a week. After washing the hair, it should never be rubbed or scratched too much. Hair should not be dried even in a dryer. After washing, the hair should be lightly rubbed with a Turkish towel, wiped, left open and allowed to dry on its own.
Wet hair should never be oiled and the oil should be lightly massaged only after it has dried. Instead of applying a large amount of oil on the hair in one day, apply it only on the scalp every day and apply a small amount of oil on other hair only once or twice a week. So that the hair does not stick more and does not smell. Instead of experimenting with hair by being attracted to lemon shampoo, protein shampoo or other shampoos or its fragrance for hair washing, you should use only shampoo containing Ayurvedic medicines or Kestone Liquid.
Remedies- For those whose hair is more oily or sticky, make the following hairwash powder.
Pleasant - 10 grams
Jatamansi - 10 grams
Khas - 10 grams
Nagodpan - 10 grams
Neem leaves - 10 grams
Kapurkachali - 20 grams
Lamb peel - 10 gms
Mug flour - 20 grams
Rub this powder once a week on the scalp and hair with a soft hand and rub the powder with a comb. This removes moisture, greasy hair, dirt and gives an intoxicating odor to the hair and due to this powder, oil massage can be done in the hair every day. If the hair is falling out unintentionally, it is not very necessary but essential to do hair massage daily to nourish the hair roots. Take any two types of medicines like Vati, Amalki Rasayan, Bhringraj Dhan, etc. continuously for 6 months. This strengthens the hair roots and stops hair loss. And baldness or thinning hair due to hair loss also increases the growth of new hair. All these medicines are also very harmless. Therefore, any of the above medicines can be taken for a long time or permanently for the health of the hair or to prevent it from turning white.
If there is more problem, instead of waiting for the hair loss to stop, immediate treatment should be done under the supervision of a specialist. If the hair is infested with lice, re-boil the oil in the oil you are applying to the hair. Mix a little neem oil or safflower oil in it and massage it into the hair daily. Wash hair with neem water. Before washing the hair, make a small paste of custard apple leaves, add 1 teaspoon of onion juice in it and apply this pack on the hair. After 1 hour, wash the hair with neem water and the lice will die immediately.
So these are the treatments for hair problems that occur in monsoons, which instead of endangering the beauty of hair, will become more and more shiny, right?
