Neoschool of tomorrow.

- Study should be taught in such a way that they can learn on their own when needed in future. Not just knowledge of the subject, but teaching in a way that satisfies the child's instinctive curiosity and develops his mind

Anand Srinivasan from Bengaluru came up with the idea of a 'neoschool' after seeing the current depressing situation of education. Named 'Stayqrious', this is the first school of its kind in the world. Anand Srinivas says that during his studies from 7th standard till he became a computer science engineer, he got very frustrated. He graduated from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu and later did special studies in the field of Artificial Intelligence. During his studies, he realized that simply giving lectures in the classroom was not the right way to teach a student. Instead the teacher should play the role of a 'learning coach'. Prepare the study material for it first and then take the online class.

He had set up the school structure before the online education started due to the Kovid epidemic, but due to the epidemic he was able to start a new school in 2020. They want to provide international standard education at low cost in this online school. In it they charge a fee of only one thousand rupees for the first month and then a fee of twenty thousand rupees for the entire course. However, some brilliant students are given twenty five percent scholarship so that they have to pay only fifteen thousand rupees. Before the lockdown, he had gathered a group of students and gave them an insight into the neoschool. Students between the ages of eight and fourteen are admitted here, but the condition is that the students should be interested and interested to join, it should not come from the parents. There is one coach for six students and he coaches two to four hours a week. These six students are not the same age, but different ages.

They need a 'neoschool' because of the important areas that are left out of the school curriculum. The most important aspect in 'Stackurius' is that the latest information and knowledge is imparted to the students. They say that our education system has been teaching the same curriculum for years and it takes fifteen years for a new curriculum to be introduced, which is not in line with the real world. Every student has different intelligence and mental level and we do not study accordingly.

Anand Srinivas, who first worked as a content head at Baijus and then at Khan Academy, has come up with the idea of starting an online school after seven years of adopting different methods. It has the concept of 'School of the Future' with a completely new design. Today's children are about to enter a different world than ours, so they should be taught computer literacy from an early age. He believes that coding is just as important as math and science. Coding is a new language as learning English opens up many frontiers of knowledge in the world. It should be taught. Which they call 'coding to learn'. Which strengthens your understanding. Conducts foundation courses in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM).

The computer programming course taught at Stackurius is world-renowned and accredited by the Computer Science Teachers Association. Anand Srinivasa believes that "very few schools in India do justice to this issue. At present Neoschool has more than one hundred coaches and one lakh students. Teachers who had difficulty finding jobs due to the Corona epidemic joined the neoschool. What is missing in regular schools in Stakurius and what is needed in the 21st century is taught by emphasizing the four 'C's' and that is Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration and Creativity. At the same time, there is an emphasis on social awareness in children, working collectively, that is, working through teamwork as well as expressing oneself effectively with confidence.

The spirit of the nurse was honored

The World Health Organization has declared the year 2020 as the 'Year of the Nurse and Midwife' to commemorate the second anniversary of Florence Nightingale. That same year, Ranju Kumari received this honor

In the last two years, the whole world has gone through a time that no one has ever imagined. The role that doctors and nurses played in this period of service remained unforgettable. One such nurse is Ranju Kumari. Ranju Kumari, a resident of Badkagaon in Bihar's Sivan district, works as an Assistant Nurse Midwife (ANM) at Bhagwanpur Hat Community Health Center. In 12th Ranju Kumari passed 12th standard and got married. Ranju's distant mama was a doctor. Seeing him working, Ranju's mother also thought that it would be better if Ranju did some social work. Ranju also wanted to do something different in life besides housework.

She got this opportunity in 19 and started working as a support nurse in the community health center of Bhagwanpur Hat. All the credit for choosing such a field of service goes to his mother. Over the years, it has changed places like Daraunda and Hussainganj, but for the last ten years it has been functioning at the community health center at Bhagwanpur Hat. Ranju, who has been working since 19, has faced many difficult situations in her 22-year career, but she has never given up. It is difficult to change the mindset of the villagers that women go out and do such work, but when she heard the news that she was about to receive the 'Florence Nightingale Prize', she forgot all about it. He felt that he was reaping the benefits of twenty-two years of uninterrupted service. The 'Florence Nightingale Prize' is awarded for the most distinguished service of selfless dedication and nursing in India. Two nurses from Bihar were selected for this award of the year 2020, one of them is Ranju Kumari. The World Health Organization has declared the year 2030 as the 'Year of the Nurse and Midwife' to commemorate the second birthday of Florence Nightingale. That same year, Ranju Kumari received this honor. The award is presented by the President in Delhi, but Corona was given a virtual honor at the National Science Center in Patna.

With all these years of experience, he tries to help patients by working with confidence and insight. Is. Once upon a time in 2014, there was no one in the hospital except Ranju Kumari and another nurse. It was night time. Not a single doctor was present. There was a pregnant woman in the hospital at the time. She gave birth to a baby, but her body began to bleed. The blood flowed so much that the woman almost fainted and the condition became extremely critical. Ranju did not lose heart in such an emergency situation. Based on his experience, he gave injections and started massaging without any panic. Gradually the patient's condition began to improve. The bleeding stopped and the female patient was relieved. By the time the doctor arrived, the situation was under control and everything was back to normal.

Describing the situation at the time of the Corona epidemic, Ranju Kumari says that during the first wave of Corona, not many cases came to the hospital, but during the second wave, the situation was so bad that it cannot be described in words. Even after leaving the house, he was afraid that if he came home from the hospital, it would not cause any trouble to the family. The family was worried about what would happen if Corona was infected, but she kept working day and night, thinking that she would have to do her duty. Ranju Kumari has always had a sadness with the joy of receiving the award that there is no special sense of respect for the nurse in the society, but it follows her life mantra that she should rise above all and help each other with firm morale.
