Accepting death with joy

A great philosopher. Ideology of them very high. They think positively in any situation. The king there was very much influenced by this positive ideology. Often the king himself would come to the philosopher, perform satsang, and receive philosophy.

Once the philosopher's wife died. The king got the news. Very sad. The king thought of going to the front to give consolation. Solace in very serious didactic words? Prepared to give. Prepared a long speech. After much rehearsing the speech was well prepared.

Dressed in black clothes, rode a black horse and a black buggy and went to the philosopher's house. It was evening time. Arriving at the residence of the philosopher, many people had gathered there. As the king entered the philosopher's house with a mournful face, the king was astonished to see the atmosphere there. They came here wearing black clothes to give their condolences, but here they were singing and dancing loudly around the body of their wife with daggers in their hands. The king had come to mourn, but the atmosphere here was one of joy. The king did not understand that in the morning his wife has died, and in the evening he is dancing with this dagger!

When the king asked candidly, the philosopher explained: 'All my life my wife kept me very happy. Served me well. We spent our whole life happily together. Now it's time to say goodbye, why should I mourn? I will say goodbye to him with joy! How sad it would be if I bid him a sad farewell!' What the philosopher finally spoke had a profound effect on the king's mind. He said: 'The horse buggy you have brought. As soon as it has an accident, it is not necessary, if there is mourning at the time of its accident, it is understandable, but only the death of the life is certain. Death is bound to come, so why welcome it with mourning? Happy welcome! Why wonder that now I dance, farewell my wife with joy?

The king understood the philosopher's positive view, so the king also decided that from now on, if any of my relatives die, I will not leave with grief but with joy!
