All were gathered in the college hall. A student was reciting the above poem. The words seemed too good to say and to hear! Everyone had gathered to celebrate Women's Day.

Suruchi was sitting there thinking - she was the chief guest of the event. Suruchi was an advocate of women empowerment and this time her book 'Hoon Suruchi' won the best book award. This poem was a part of the same book.

Suruchi remembers the day when she was told that you are a girl, you should stay away from all this!!

So why shouldn't her frock be slightly higher?? Can he not explode the bomb in the firecracker? Is there any difference in work uniform for girls and boys ??

Suruchi was different from all these - she was brought up by her parents without any discrimination of daughter or son. Suruchi used to wear boys' uniform to her school!! What's in it? He insisted that I will go to school wearing this same uniform and since the principal of the school knew Suruchi's father, Suruchi got permission.

Suruchi never likes to wear clothes that girls like, when her mother starts talking, her father says - so what - do what she wants, what she wants to do..and thus Suruchi was brought up without any caste bias.

When Suruchi came to college, she started to feel like she would wear girly clothes only sometimes, and otherwise she was comfortable in jeans and a top. Similarly, one day Suruchi came first in a traditional costume competition in college - wearing a saree for the first time in her life!

Everything was going smoothly. Suruchi had no such problem in college. She was beautiful - she didn't have to make any effort to look beautiful, and she just knew how to do it. After completing his education, he had to join the trainee college to fly the aircraft. His entry there was decided. It was the last year and the last day - Suruchi went out for dinner and a walk with friends. That night was an unforgettable night for Suruchi, Suruchi and his friends had an accident and Suruchi! His leg got stuck in the gearbox of the car and had to be amputated. She lost her leg. This was tough for Suruchi. Bedridden forever? He was already not allowed to take refuge, support from anyone! But now??

Suruchi was not in any loose man. Strong, little by little her mother would cry, relatives would come to the hospital - and comfort her. Back with worry saying oh your daughter will never get married now, who will save your daughter after you!

Suruchi thinks what a strong thinking. All this made his confidence stronger. He continued to study further with a prosthetic leg. Yes, the speed of his running and walking had decreased due to necessity, but his eagerness to do anything was continuously increasing.

Similarly, Suruchi passed the civil service exam with excellent marks. She became an IAS officer.

It didn't stop here - this was just the beginning. She strived for women empowerment. He knew that there were others around him who needed a little courage and guidance.

Just yesterday her friend was telling Suruchi about the situation after her marriage. Soon after the marriage, the child arrived, she was tired of enduring mother-in-law's nagging, father-in-law's orders and husband's orders all day long at home. He felt as though his hands and feet had been amputated as if he had been married.

Just yesterday, Rukhi, who was taking the vegetable, was crying with her mouth hidden in her mouth, when asked, Rukhi said that her housekeeper Onsal had died, and her in-laws were forcing her to do the deerwatu - the same deer who had killed Rukhi's husband and escaped. !! Released from prison for lack of evidence. How can Rukhi prepare after knowing all this! But what about two small boys? Where does poor Rukhi go!!! The doors of the pier were closed - Rukhi was remembering Bhammario Kuvo every now and then!!

Even where Suruchi went to the city for training, widows were pushed around - chanting the name of God and begging for helplessly, head shaved, food - as if waiting to die!! If the wife dies then the husband will not do anything like this?? No second marriage!

Oh, in some castes, from childhood, the niece is taken as a daughter-in-law of her house! Somewhere the uncle's daughter should be married! If there is a right to have two or three wives then why can't they have two or three husbands??

Suruchi wrote about the same in his book about those who came in contact with him. Many showed courage and tried to change their situation which was exemplary.

Has Suruchi helped with all of these problems!! The fact was that when Suruchi asked Suruchi's friend to get a divorce, she immediately said - Let it be, let it happen! Let's just bear it!

Yes but Rukhi's story was something different - she showed courage, Rukhi again got police check against her dear and jail bars were counted.

There was thunderous applause. As Suruchi's name was being called, Suruchi braced herself and lifted her artificial leg towards the stage, but firmly - slowly..
