When the skin swells, apply rubbing alcohol and clean it with a pumice stone. This will clear the dead skin of the skin. Then wipe with a clean towel. Then massage the water with warm olive oil or copra oil. Make sure to get a pedicure once a week, or visit a beauty parlour, to keep your feet clean and beautiful. Materials for Pedicure: Small tub, warm water, shampoo, hydrogen peroxide, nail polish, nail polish remover, nail cutter, orange stick, cuticle pusher, nail filer, pumice stone, cold cream, rub and towel.

Pedicure Ritual: First, remove the old nail polish from the nails with a nail polish remover.

* Trim ingrown or crooked nails with nail cutters or small scissors. Always cut toenails straight.

* Shape the nails beautifully with a nail filer. Always run the nail filer from the outside to the center.

* Prepare a mixture by taking warm water in a tub, adding some shampoo and one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide. Or prepare a mixture by adding three teaspoons of salt, the juice of half a lemon, and a teaspoon of rose water to warm water. Soak your feet in it and sit for five to ten minutes. This will cause the useless skin to become loose and swollen. After eight-ten minutes, scrub the bottom and pan with a pumicestone to remove the scale. When the feet are clean, wipe them with a clean towel.

* Apply cream on toenails and massage well.

* After massaging, apply a little rub on the orange stick to clean the inside of the nail.

* Push the part near the root of the nail inwards with a cuticle pusher. In this way, the shape of the nails will look beautiful.

* Massage the feet with cold cream for 10 minutes, the skin of the feet will become soft.

* Clean the nail polish with a rag. And then apply your favorite nail polish.
