If you have the right understanding, you will die happily!

- Known yet unknown - Munindra

- A man knows his body well, but very few people know the soul, he who does not know the soul is ignorant of its true nature.

If Ma Navi has cheated or cheated the most it is with her own death. The most hypocritical, it is also about death. One who is sure of death, considers it uncertain for himself. They believe that what is bound to come will never come in their life.

On hearing the news of someone's death, he thinks that he will die, but I will never, never. One of the reasons for this is man's craving. Such worldly craving we have there compared to a vine. Just as a vine initially grows like any normal plant. Hey! Smaller than the plant, but apparently it grows so fast that it covers the entire tree. If there is a lake, it spreads over its surface and if there is a wall, it wraps around the entire wall.

Craving is like a vine and you see how your craving was in the beginning and where it has reached now! In the beginning, there was only the craving to get this much, to get this much, but as it got, the thread of craving got longer and then it got so long that the thread of craving or its vine completely covered every activity of your life. That is, from a small grass shoot, a huge world tree has suddenly become and it has no peace. Cravings cannot be quenched. The leaves and branches of that samsara tree destroy the inner happiness of man.

Such a craving troubles a person a lot at the end. This craving of his clings to his body. He is seen clutching Jijivisha with a wink of death. What is the root cause of this? What is the meaning of this? Contemplating this, a phrase and ideology arose in Kumarpal Desai's mind and that is, 'If there is true understanding, then you will die happily.'

Now the question is what is called true understanding? And understanding of what? I call it 'soul awareness'. A man knows his body very well, but very few people care about his soul and he who does not care for the soul, does not know, is ignorant of its true nature. Man is constantly searching for his self-image.

He thinks from time to time that what is the meaning of my life? How can I live in such dire and adverse situation? What have I achieved in life and what is the meaning of what I have achieved? Or have I been engaged only in worldly activities. Ever wondered about my own self-image or 'Who am I?' It has not been investigated. Just like a beetle, I have been constantly moving in the world. Escaping from happiness and drowning in sorrow - I have been wandering in such a whirlwind. Never went into the depths of distance. The mind is constantly attached to the external world and is immersed in fickleness. What is the result of this?

If a man's mind is restless, he will not be chained anywhere. If a person's mind is surrounded by greed, lust or infatuation, he will have fun and joy only in the outer world, and those who look in the outer world will not even look at his inner world. That is, if a person is an introvert, only he can touch his soul and if he is an introvert, he will get 'Self Awareness'. Will get knowledge of his own soul and will have a different experience.

A man who enjoys happiness in the outer world will feel that true happiness is present in my soul, but forgetting my original form and being unknown to the soul, I sought it elsewhere and because of this I became sad all the time. This means that in order to die happily one must first cultivate introspection. As long as there are options in the mind, there are desires, there is no soul-searching. The mind keeps running around and only thoughts of 'I' and 'mine' come. Only after leaving such thoughts can the state of thoughtlessness be attained.

An inquisitor asked Sri Raman Maharshi, 'Who am I?' You say that the search for it calms the mind, then it is 'Who am I?' What tool should the worker choose to stick to that idea, Ramana Maharshi said in reply,

'When other thoughts arise, without following them, the human being asks 'to whom does it come?' Searching for It doesn't matter how many ideas come up. When every thought arises, human beings diligently ask 'Who came up with this thought?' It should be checked. 'I' will get the answer. After that if it is 'Who am I?' If such a search is made, the mind will return to its origin, and the generated thought will be quieted. By repeated practice in this way the mind will develop the skill of staying in its birthplace. When the subtle mind passes through the brain and the senses, the gross naamrupa appears and when it remains fixed in the heart, the naamrupa disappears. Keeping the mind in the heart without letting it go out is called introversion and letting it go out is called extroversion. Thus, as the mind settles in the heart, the 'I', the root of all thoughts, will be destroyed and the ever-existent Atman will be revealed. Whatever a human being does, if he does it without ego, everything will appear as Shiva.'

Thus, to reach the form of Shiva, one should do soul searching by conquering the desires of the mind. The ordeal of this soul-searching is the behavior of the human being during the physical time and what is the condition of the human being at that time? In this context, Prof. Firoz Dawar, a scholar and thinker who wrote a wonderful book called 'Mot Par Manan', has said that,

'A dying man in the last hour of the end, his past life, as if he were watching scenes from a movie, becomes completely vivid, and even when Jeevandeep Buzava has the remaining time left, that 'film' of his life, 'Ele Nahi To Bele' too. It has to be seen! If his life is sinful, corrupt and immoral, then this last stage of the end time will be terribly painful for him, but if his life has been spent in benevolence, service and making others happy, then in the end time he will have unsurpassed inner happiness, peace, contentment and supreme joy. will be received.'

This means that whatever adhi, vyadhi or upadhi Karma creates in front of you, the interpretation of that vyadhi or upadhi is with you. If there is an awareness of the difference between body and soul, that disease remains only external and does not touch your inner or inner self. Many things that come with disease like anxiety, fear, fear, embarrassment, all these cannot affect a person if he is immersed in the soul. Such awareness of the soul frees it from sleeplessness. Many human beings in one way or another work as slaves round the clock in the kingdom of passion. They are infatuated with their own bodies, attached to their own urges, unable to give up the memory of idols even in the dead of time and do not get elevated by hoarding, and then if any adversity arises in this, they experience unsurmountable anxiety. At the time of death, this all reaches its climax and at that time if a human being breaks the knots of ignorance, greed, falsehood and rage-desh and becomes an introvert, then at the last moment he will go away from the body and become absorbed and only with such an understanding can a person die happily.
