Recently, news of Indian healthcare website was hacked. A US firm claims in its report that Chinese hackers have targeted the Indian healthcare website and stole an estimated 68 million data. This data includes private information of patients and doctors. The report claims that hackers sell health data to health organizations and web portals in international markets.
According to the details of this report, the hacker's name is FallenSky 519 which targeted the Indian website. The stolen data has been made available for sale in the Black Market between October 1, 2018 and March 31, 2019. The data available for sale in the market was less than Rs 1.50 lakh.
Chinese hackers Advanced Research Threat Group is conducting health research. This research is specifically related to cancer. In the last few decades, the number of people who have died of cancer in China has increased significantly. It is also said that the PRC is fast approaching the world. Other companies are already doing research to bring drugs to the market and are collecting all the data for this work.
