As winter begins, different types of vegetables become available in the market. One of these vegetables is broccoli. With broccoli you can prepare tasty and healthy dishes. This dish is roasted broccoli.

250 grams broccoli
Black pepper powder
2 tablespoons baked peanuts
2 tablespoons oil
1 garlic clove
2 red chilies
Salt to taste
Way
Chopping small fruits of broccoli. Heat oil in a pan. Sprinkle garlic paste and chili powder in it. Now add the chopped broccoli and salt to taste. Fry the broccoli a little and add roasted peanut seeds and pepper to it and serve hot.
