Every woman should do this posture after 40 years, know what is the cause

Everyone should do regular yoga practice to stay healthy. Doing yoga keeps the body healthy as well as reduces the chances of future illness. Even women over the age of 40 should do special yoga to stay healthy. After the age of forty, women should do this asana. Doing this asana does not cause any problem to their body.

Euphoria

Sakhasana brings physical and mental peace. This asana is done before the start of yoga so that the breathing process can be controlled. To do this posture, sit on it with a matte bed on the ground. Close your eyes and keep your palms on your knees and take a deep breath.

Tadasan

To do this posture, put your feet together on the ground and stand upright. Now keep your hands upright and move upwards and close your eyes with a deep breath. After staying in this position for a while, slowly return to the previous position while exhaling.

Uttaranasan

To perform this posture, first stand upright then take a deep breath and try to touch the toes and toes of the waist. After staying in this position for some time, return to normal posture while inhaling. While doing this posture, be sure that your knees do not bend.
