Last week, the Samsung company launched its foldable phone called 'Samsung Z Flip'.
The company had earlier introduced a foldable phone last year. Along with this, the Motorola company, which has made a comeback with a foldable phone called 'Motorizer' at the time of the feature phone, has also launched a foldable Android smartphone called 'Razor'.
So far, these foldable phones have not been able to emit much speculation, but this is likely to change with the Samsung Z Flip. The phone folds in the middle, becomes almost square, and offers a performance similar to a regular smartphone, when unfolded. When the phone starts to be sold in India, its price is likely to be above one lakh.
Meanwhile, Microsoft recently introduced a dual-screen smartphone called 'Surface Duo'. This new type of device will have two screens of 5.6 inches. The hinge between the two screens is such that folding both screens can be shaped like a single phone.
The phone will run on Google's Android operating system. It can work on both screens on different things and if we completely unfold it, it will also work as a continuous screen tablet!
