In PC or Laptop you can sort and group your files in a folder in Windows Explorer. You may know this feature but will not make full use of it.
Suppose you do all the work for one of your clients in separate files, or when you create a folder for different needs and store different files in it, it becomes very easy to find the file we want by sorting and grouping it individually.
Our needs may vary and we can sort and group files accordingly. As we have seen the created files by date, when they arrive in that folder, a menu opens by right-clicking with the mouse in the space on the right and there are various options related to the files list. By clicking on 'Group By' our files can be grouped in different ways like its name, modified date, file type (Word, Excel, PDF etc.) or size. Once you have your files sorted this way, you will not be able to run without them!
