1. Chemical dyes are more commonly used. The use of this color can prove to be harmful to pregnant women. It also has an effect on the unborn baby. If using Holi then only use herbal color.

2. Playing Holi can be troubling. Therefore, pregnant women should avoid such run-offs. It can cause harm to the baby.

3. Avoid breaks or other sweets that harm the health of the baby. Not being aware of food on Holi can also damage your health.

4. Holika should also stay away from combustion. Because the immune system is low, it increases the chances of infecting others in such an environment. Also, Holi smoke can prove to be harmful to you.
