Today we are going to talk about urinary tract diseases and its problems.

Urinary problems include difficulty urinating, urinary retention, dripping urine, constriction of the urethra. Bladder tumors, bladder stones, prostate enlargement, etc. are the main problems. Complaints such as nausea, restlessness, shortness of breath, panic, etc. are often seen due to urinary retention. Urinary incontinence increases the risk of serious urinary tract diseases.

Urinary incontinence is also often caused by bladder -------, stones in the bladder, tumors in the bladder, excess acidity in the urine, etc. In addition, excessive exercise, excessive consumption of alcohol, horse riding, indigestion, etc. can also contaminate the urethra and cause urinary incontinence. So sometimes the faults increase the pressure on the bladder, so that, at the time of urination, there is difficulty. In the language of Ayurveda, this disease is called 'Mutrakrichch' (Ghajejich). In the same way, when urine does not come out of the bladder, i.e., urinary retention or stagnation, it is called a disease called 'urinary incontinence' in Ayurvedic terminology. People with urinary incontinence are more likely to get the disease. In addition, just as hair naturally turns white with age, so does prostate enlargement in most men in old age. The reason is considered to be hormonal imbalance in modern science. Urinary incontinence is more common in this disease. The patient has to get up to urinate 4 to 5 times in the disease. And despite the urge to urinate, urine often does not come. Or comes in drops. And also appear increased in masculine shape.

Urinary tract problems can lead to many serious conditions. Today I suggest some home and ayurvedic remedies for urinary problems. Sometimes these treatments, though common, can have wonderful results if done with care. 1 to 2 experiments can be done simultaneously.

When the patient has a urinary tract problem and the urine has stopped, give half a pound of bitch grass to whey. This experiment releases the patient's blocked urine or gives this grass syrup to the patient by making the following. Extract the juice of this grass and add 8 to 10 grams of sugar and some cardamom in it so that the syrup is ready. Do not heat this syrup. This syrup lasts a long time, does not spoil.

Urine is excreted by taking 2 to 3 grams of pravalpishti with the same amount of cardamom in hot milk.

In addition, rubbing the root of Indravarma in water and giving it to the patient also relieves diarrhea and urination.

When the urine is very stagnant, rub the juice of a plant called 'swallow' on the gums, it also removes the urine.

Gokharu powder, cooked in milk, made into pudding and mixed with powdered sugar, relieves urinary tract problems and releases urine.

Take half a pound of cassava leaf and banana peel powder and steep it in 100 grams of water. Soaking this powder at night, straining the mash in the morning and drinking this water, the closed urine is released quickly.

If there is fuel in the urine, drink five tolas of salted vegetable juice and hybrid syrup. So, the inflammation in the urinary tract stops immediately. Urinary incontinence is also often due to constriction of the urethra. At this time, by mixing five tolas of banana water (banana seedlings) and five tolas of boiled ghee, the stopped urine is immediately released and in this way the drunk ghee is also excreted through the urine, it also opens the urinary tract.

Urine drips often so that when the urine is dripping, even the simple remedies shown below can be very beneficial in this complaint. In which drinking 4-5 tola of red banana juice morning and evening stops dripping urine.

Drinking ginger juice mixed with granulated sugar can also get rid of the problem of dripping urine.

Among the Ayurvedic herbs, Gokshur, Shilajit, Purnanava, Bhoyaringani, Triphala, Amla, etc. give good results in urinary diseases. These herbs can be used as per the advice of an expert and can also get rid of such a serious problem.
