First aid to the child


Immediate first aid cuts and bruises. Wounds washed with clean water and soap. Apply a clean bandage to the ointment and medicine book kept at home (on the advice of a doctor). See a doctor if the lesion is large. So that stitches or bow injections are needed in a timely manner. If there is excessive bleeding, keep a clean cloth on the wound and hold it with the thumb for 8-10 minutes. If there is a wound on the limbs, keep it high. If there is bleeding from the nose, turn the baby sideways or tilt the head forward. So that the flowing blood does not reach the back of the throat. Rub ice on forehead, neck or lips. Put a handkerchief dipped in cold water. Do not let the child sneeze.

Ear-nose or eye piercing: If the child has put anything like chickpeas, beads etc. in the ear or nose, do not try to remove it. Take the child to the doctor. If there is any dust, insects etc. in the eye, wash the eye with plenty of clean water. Do not let the child rub his eyes. See a doctor if you have any doubts.

Throat Throat: Fruit seeds, peppermint, buttons, beads, lakhoti, money, etc. Many things a child is likely to swallow. This substance is usually excreted in the stomach through diarrhea. Sometimes such a thing gets stuck in the throat or goes the other way and gets into the lungs. The baby immediately starts suffocating to start coughing violently. When it arrives, place the baby upside down on the chest and abdomen and pat the back vigorously so that the hanging object is released. If the child turns brown, take him to the hospital without any delay.

Poisoning: If a child has drunk kerosene, acid, phenyl, or other flammable substances, do not make him vomit. Take him to the hospital immediately. In such cases, it is advisable to consult a doctor.

If a child drowns: Older children are more likely to drown when they get tired of swimming in a lake or river. . After taking the baby out of the water, first lie down on the head and legs in such a way that the water in the chest and abdomen is removed. If the breathing does not work properly then call a doctor and continue the artificial respiration until the doctor arrives.
