Nawazuddin Siddiqui: 'Filmmaking is a pure business

He gave hundreds of auditions. And this tour includes almost all types of rolls. Even so, they waited for more than 15 years in peace, in a very healthy state, and finally got a tremendous break. Thus, actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is convinced that there is no alternative to conflict, especially from the point of view of the 'outsider'. Nawazuddin Siddiqui looks at the word in a slightly different light when nepotism is being discussed as a buzzword in Bollywood today.

'Nepotism is everywhere. I can say for sure that when any new actor comes to Mumbai, he must know about it. However, putting all this aside, many 'outsiders' have their place here. The 'insiders' should not target them or target them.

If their money is involved, they can decide who they want to invest their money in. For them, this is pure business. Not only that, there is no specific merit system for becoming an actor here, 'says Nawazuddin, adding personally that the concept of' nepotism 'can never work.'

And that's why I don't believe in Formula One. Because it is synonymous with most 'Nepotistic' films. That's why I never made that much difference. And at the same time, there are a lot of directors who work with other actors (besides Insiders) at the same time, "Nawazuddin said, adding that" Insiders "are also decent real talents. 'If you deserve respect, you should consider the abundance of his talent. Such as Yashraj Films or Dharma Productions, who can offer me a film every year, 'he said.

Remembering why Karan Johar called me to be a part of Ittefaq (2013), Siddiqui says, "I remember they have a lot of politeness. And they say I'm always looking forward to working with you, but waiting for a role that's right for you. ' Of course, to date I have not received any offer from him, but he responded very professionally. Thank you for this kind of training, I am an actor. I want to do a film, they recognize my ability and give me a job accordingly, 'he said.

However, the Hindi film industry also shows negative light (due to various stories circulating following the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput). Which, of course, made the video an overnight sensation.

Explaining this, he says, "When you say 'Bollywood', you include everyone like directors, writers, cameramen, editors and many others who are all 'outsiders'?" All those who work in this industry make a living.

So if you say fairy industry is a dirty place, then it is absolutely wrong. If such a dirty picture of the industry is painted, the outside talent will be very scared to come here. He added, "I was alone during the lockdown and enjoyed the overall tension free time."

'I spent my time with my niece, nephew, niece and most importantly with my mother.

Yeh sub said normal time me kabhi ho ho pata. Also this time I got enough time to introspect. Maybe I don't have a lot of companies so I got all this time. Work will be done at the right time, 'said Nawazuddin Siddiqui.
