A Kwar Lakshmiji and Lord Vishnu were discussing the world. Lakshmiji said that one of your supreme devotees on earth is suffering from extreme poverty. Worship you with true devotion. Give him a little happiness. The Lord said that Lakshmiji is not happy in his destiny yet I give you these fifteen gold seals. You have to put it in the path of the devotee. Happiness, peace and splendor will come in his life with a single gold seal.
Then Lakshmiji started putting one gold seal on the way of that devotee. On the first day the devotee found a gold seal lying in the path. She let him go to the nearest merchant's shop. The merchant gave a day's grain in return. This went on regularly for fifteen days. The devotee got the happiness of a full meal but his poverty did not go away. Lakshmi told the Lord to show another remedy so that your devotee would be happy. God said now I give you only three paise. It will take away all his pain. He will become a rich Seth.
The next day Lord Vishnu threw three paisas at the road where the devotee was going. The devotee began to think that today I have three paise in my destiny. Taking three paise, the devotee went to the merchant. The merchant said that three paise does not get one day's food. Hearing this the devotee was coming towards the house. Along the way a fisherman was selling fish. The devotee thought that today we will run out of fish meal. He bought fish for three paise.
Fifteen gold pieces came out of his stomach when his wife cut the fish. They became rich if they sold only one of them. He began to be counted among the wealthy Seth. Lakshmiji was surprised. He asked God this secret. The Lord said that the greedy merchant deceived the devotee every day and gave him only three paise of grain.
There was a storm in the sea and fifteen goldfish fell out of their pockets into the sea. Knowing his food, the sea fish swallowed. The fisherman took the fish and gave it to the devotee for three paise. The devotee's wife got fifteen gold seals from the belly of the fish. They became rich by selling only one of the gold seals they recognized.
