Outside the temple

The beggar, within me,

What's the difference?

-Vipin Parikh

Suresh Dalal spoke nicely on the begging in a man's mind. Many times beggars come to beg when they have to stand at a crossroads in traffic. Seeing such beggars, many people get annoyed and start smashing their car windows. Seeing this, it occurred to Suresh Dalal that when a man is begging to God in the temple, God does not have to lift his window glass? With this occasion, Bhavesh Bhatt's share also comes to mind,

Who suffers from beggars,

A lot of time is spent in worship.

People who look at the beggars and lift their car windows are at a lower level than the beggars in the temple. Those who do not have even two minutes to help the common man spend hours in the temple in worship, no, not in faith, only in the hope that their demands will be accepted! If there is no need left, he will sell it to God.

Osho Rajneesh called Mulla Nasruddin a great occasion. Mulla Nasruddin once bought a large bungalow. This bungalow is very dear to them. He bought a bungalow and set out for Hajj. It so happened that while returning from Hajj, there was a storm in the sea. The ship began to sink. Mulla started begging Allah, "O Allah, save me, I will sell my entire bungalow and donate whatever money comes out of it." Colleagues shined as they listened. He knew that Mulla would never leave the bungalow, he was dearer to her than life.

The matter came to a head so Mulla made a bungalow deal with Allah. Allah heard their prayers, the storm subsided. Nasruddin and all his comrades survived. After coming home, all the friends started saying that now donate the bungalow. Mulla was confused, it happened that it would have been better if he had died than this! If a man has to give up anything of his own, he does not give up soon. But he shouted in the ship and told Allah. That is not a promise. All are considered infidels! Now what to do?

Eventually he announced to sell the bungalow, the good Sethis came to buy. But Mullaji made a condition. Buying a cat with a bungalow was mandatory. It all happened that if we buy a bungalow, why not buy a small cat?

Someone asked, what is the price of a bungalow? Mulla says, one rupee. Everyone was very surprised to hear this. Soon Mulla said, the price of a bungalow is one rupee, but the price of a cat is one crore rupees, the one who buys a cat has to be given a bungalow. It happened to the buyer that we are going to take the bungalow, even if we pay in the name of the cat.

Eventually a man bought a cat and a bungalow. Mulla immediately donated one rupee and kept crores of rupees with him, then said, 'Oh Allah, as I promised, I will donate the amount of the bungalow, but the amount of the cat is my right. That's why I keep it. '

Men do not hesitate to deceive God for their own selfish ends. Vipin Parikh has done a great job in short haiku. He himself begs God to ask for his desired things in the temple. The beggar wants to make a living outside the temple, there is not much difference between these two incidents.

There was such a small story. It happened to the little boy that he went to the king and asked for everything, he had everything, when he went to meet the king, the king himself was asking God for wealth in the temple. What happened to the boy that the king did not ask from whom he wanted? Umashankar Joshi's legendary verses are,

I met three Vana Mujs, Haiyu Mastak Haath,

Too much Nath, don't ask for a fourth.

That is enough for an honest and sincere man to live a comfortable life. If a man has a tender heart, a brain with advanced thoughts and a hand rather than hard work, what else is needed?

Vipin Parikh himself has written beautiful lines regarding such a demand to God, let's log out of it.
